Couldn’t say more about this property and property owner. The house was fantastic, the owner was amazing and incredibly responsive. Location is just far enough away for there not to be any crowded beaches but close enough to enjoy anything and everything to do near 59.

This is the perfect beachfront bungalow for one or two families. It is literally steps from the beach and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time renting a beach house and it was a wonderful experience. The house was clean and in the perfect location. I would come again in a heartbeat! It was totally worth a 2 day drive!

The house was very clean and had plenty of room for the eleven of us. Very nice staying right on the beach. We would definitely like staying there again in the future.

Exceeding expectations! First impression was very bright, clean, and spacious. Great location. Anything you may need while staying. Beach toys, chairs, and more. Overall the best place i have stayed in Gulf shore. This will be a yearly visit for sure!!

We take a beach trip every year with our adult children and our grandchildren. This year what a blessing it was to stay at the pelican. The house is gorgeous and the view was amazing . We loved this house and it the best one yet ! Thank you so much for sharing the pelican with us.

The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. The view and access to the beach is spectacular! Can’t be beat! Perfect for my older mother to sit and enjoy the views either in the shade or full sun on the lower deck. Pictures do not do it justice and there have been updates to furniture etc since they were taken. Can tell a lot has been put in for upkeep of replacing wood and landscaping. Ceilings have evidence of a lot of past leaks, that is the only drawback and no leaks occurred while there. I am sure it is on the list to repair soon as the rest of the property was very well kept.

Home could use a few updates and maintenance. But the location was great and the views were even better. Would stay here again for sure!!

This was an amazing property that we rented as a family vacation on a baseball trip. It was absolutely incredible, had amazing views and was exactly what was described in the ad.

We had an amazing time!!! Very nice house and a peaceful location!! It was the perfect place to vacation with younger kids! Easy beach access and very convenient!

So enjoyed our beach vacation with our family. Hopefully, lasting memories for our grandbabies. Can't wait for our next one.

We had three moms and 6 sons on our trip. The rental house had everything needed for the beach: tent, beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, etc. The house was fully stocked with everything the moms needed as well. Great trip and would definitely recommend! We left our inflatables for the next guests to enjoy!

We loved it! This was a family getaway to build some memories with our 92 year-old father. It met all expectations. Clean, comfortable, quiet, easy Beach access, great location, great deck to look out over the ocean. As an added treat there were two mornings we saw porpoises jumping. Thank you Herb!

The house was everything that was advertised! Very peaceful and would definitely stay again!

We will definitely want to stay in this house again. Thank you for all your efforts to make this a clean, comfortable, relaxing get away! When renting an unknown property I personally pray for no bugs, but I took bug spray just in case. I did not see one bug there!! Yea! and thank you for that!! Even though our teenagers have grown into young twenties now. We still thought they might like the water park or other exciting things to do, but they were perfectly relaxed from school and work and that's what they chose to continue enjoying. The laundry room was a very nice surprise, and we appreciated it being there. The kitchen seemed to have everything one would need. The deck is amazing too. Our one year old did not like the beach until the last day. She splashed in the ocean as it washed over her feet and then walked away from us to go on her own, all over the loose sand on the beach. It was difficult to leave, but we said good bye until next time. Thank you again for a very relaxing time in your house on the beach!

My sister and our husbands enjoined a little get away time there. The view was the best. The swing is the cherry on top. I would recommend this house to anyone.

The location of the bungalow is GREAT! The deck is fabulous and you can be in the waves within 60 seconds (depending on how fast you walk). The open concept living room/kitchen/dining room is great for families, and we had everything we needed for a day at the beach (including beach toys which was great for the 2 year old we were traveling with). The bungalow is also short drive from anything you would need - grocery stores, shopping, ice cream, restaurants, etc. Definitely recommend!

It is a great location with a quiet beach and it is close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets, watched dolphins from the deck and took long walks on the beach. It was clean and had the initial critical supplies to start the week. We would definitely stay here again for a quiet, relaxing family vacation.
