Everything was great, location was also decent and relatively close to the station with a close Family Mart.

Perfectly situated and very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Excellent laundry facilities. Would stay again.

The shower room was spacious, everything was new and very clean.
The view, even though we where on the 13th floor, was very disappointing. You could mostly see the roof and walls of the neighbouring ugly buildings. The windows are tiny. The triple room is quite small. Normal size for Tokyo but very small compared to other Tohoku cities. The front staff was average polite but not very helpful and not empathetic at all. To interact with some robots would have been about the same experience. The price-value performance is not impressive compared with other chain hotels. I will not choose this hotel again and I can not recommend.
