A few hundred yards from shopping centre and great restaurants. Great kitchen / dining and living area. Beautiful bedroom with really comfortable beds.

the bed in the main room was literally falling apart the slats kept coming out so had to get up in the night and sleep in the smaller room as it’s expensive to stay for one night the least there could be was a decent bed other than that it was a great that and even was able to do a late check out at no extra cost

Located above a nice cafe. Beds were very comfortable and the property is very spavious. It was Very noisy on Saturday night, nightclub close by, and we were unlucky Sunday night as there was an alarm going off across the road.

Attention to detail, some of the door handles were broken and the fridge had a bad smell coming from it.

Ideal location for Festival Village & centre of Basingstoke, just a few minutes off the M3. There's plenty of eateries you can walk to once the shoppings done & a fab, well equipped, large clean apartment to relax in, with a cheap pay & display car park right behind. Great stay.

To be honest we had no real issues, but to nit pick, we found it a little tricky to find the apartment entrance, & it doesn't have its own car park though to be fair we were offered parking at a sister property & there's a not too expensive public car park behind. We had a small issue with one of the beds not being well maintained, but the apartment does has two bedrooms so not really a problem.

Full of character and very comfortable.
