I liked the quality of pots and the amount of towels that were available

The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The location is great. You have the beach across the street from the parking lot and the bay behind you. You can see the bay from the bedroom windows. I was able to get help from the property management every time I had a question.
It’s an older property. Things are a little worn. The floors were not cleaned well. The furniture was a little stained. No Wi-Fi. You are right by a public parking lot. It wasn’t a problem for us but it could be for some people.

Location was great. Washer and dryer available was wonderful. The ocean is in. Lose walking distance and the bay was close by with fishing piers.

The only positive is the location. Right across from the beach.
There was trash left under the twin beds. There is no light in the twin bedroom but there is a light switch? We had a total of 4 bath towels for the unit. There is no Wi-Fi but other units have it. There are small old tvs. One even has a VHS! No ice maker in the fridge. The dishes are all different. Be like thrift shopping for a personal kitchen, nothing matches, nothing you need. Only 2 small pots. The pot holders are stained and should be disposed of. The utensils and knives should be trashed. Dollar tree has a better selection! Ants in the unit. The couch isn’t an actual pull out with a mattress, it’s the two hard cushions folded together. Sand was all in the bottom of it. There is no staff that I have seen the entire visit. There is the bare minimum for the rental.
Overall there is nothing inviting about this condo. I will not ever stay in this rental again.

Location was amazing plenty of room. Wish the taxes weren't so high b.c otherwise it would have also been a great value. But 100% taxes it a bit much Gulf Shores! Lol
The caged barking dog above us for 2.5 days and jumping kids off furniture and beds. Unbelievable!

The location of Seahorse 612 by Meyer Vacation Rentals was so nice!! 5 minutes from the beach was awesome. No fighting traffic, looking and paying for parking-it was nice. The condo itself is good. Everything you may need for a stay.
The one drawback was the sofa bed. We were counting on the sofa bed in the available bed count for our family. At first, there were no sheets. However, the sheets came the next day. The actual bed part of the sofa was broken. The frame was completely bent, and the bed was not usable. Two of the kids had to share a twin bed, not the best arrangement!! The sofa bed should not be counted in the condo's available bed count.

Property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Could see the bay from the bedroom and ocean from deck to door, but not directly on the beach. super short walk to the beach.

Everything else was fine. I did like pool and distance from beach as long as it isn't raining the house was great.
The windows in the bedroom was not sealed at all so when it rained it poured into the house! Both rooms flooded. Dryer made a terrible squeaking sound

There were multiple broken/not working aspects of the condo. I let the staff know. The furniture was almost all wicker, which captures dust and dirt, so it was unpleasant, especially in the bathroom where I wanted to store my personal items/towels. The lack of wi-fi was a very big deal for one of our group who needed to check in with work, and I think wi-fi is really just expected by most, if not all, renters.

the lack of cleanliness and lack of supplies, pillows, blankets, etc. did not offer to bring any or offer for us to pick up. we had to go spend extra money on pillows and blankets.

Great location! Quiet neighborhood.
Sheets kept popping off the queen bed corners. Wifi was advertised but not available upon arrival. I was told someone would bring out a mifi but I had to go get it eventually.
