Esta es nuestra vista al mar de tres dormitorios / dos baños. Entras en el primer piso y no tendrás que preocuparte por subir escaleras. Esto hace que su estadía sea más conveniente sin la necesidad de subir y bajar equipos de playa. La unidad tiene suficiente para dormir siete cómodamente. Está amueblado con una cama king en la suite principal, Queen, dos gemelos y un sofá cama. Hay dos televisores, un DVD y un estéreo para el entretenimiento dentro del condominio. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. We had a great week at Summerhouse and booked this same 3 bedroom condo again for next year. The location was perfectly located close to the pool and the walkway to beautiful Crescent Beach - my favorite beach! My only recommendations would be to equip the condo with beach towels and especially with some beach chairs. Those are a bit too much for us to pack in our suitcases. And, why should we have to buy those things when we have to buy so many groceries since no condiments can be left. It was extremely upsetting to throw away all food items. Perhaps Summerhouse could set up a Food Shelf for the needy? I realize open containers can not be saved. We would have given food to neighbors, but it seemed everyone was leaving since it was the end of the month. I also realize COVID changed many things, but even leaving things like salt and pepper would be nice.

Condo was well furnished, stocked with linens and utensils. All furniture and mattress were extremely comfortable. Only drawback was they air conditioner would not cool lower than 77 degrees. Luckily there was a breeze and we opened up the doors and windows. We also brought in fans.

SH 157 was a wonderful rental for our family over Labor Day week. Very nice furniture and bedding as well as very comfortable too. I loved the kitchen area and new appliances and the bedrooms were very spacious. The ground floor is easily accessible to the pool and walking to the beach was a breeze. I would definitely book this condo again.

A tray in the refrigerator was cracked but still usable. The broom was in really bad shape and we could have used a good dust pan and mop. These are minor though. Overall a great unit. Cookware was awesome.

My wife has been coming to summerhouse since she as a little girl and now we have started bringing our kids to start their tradition, everything about the beach/pool/condo locations are perfect for small children running around. As far as the unit #157 it was perfect for the week we stayed, beds were comfortable, all appliances worked and we had no real complaints except for the dated bathrooms. We actually booked this same 3br for the same time last year so we are hoping they might do some bathroom remodeling but othering it was a perfect stay!

This our 4th year staying at Summerhouse and have never been so disappointed as this stay. While unit 157 had the general appearance of being pleasantly appointed, underlying issues totally put the damper on our stay. The dryer was old and in bad need of repair. with overbearing noise. It was also a fire hazard with lint filter in rags and lint building around blower fan! A new pair of washer/dryer units showed up one day, totally the wrong units and would not fit! The toilet roll holder and towel rack in bathrooms spent near three weeks on the floor. Temporary repairs of very old equipment. (so inconvenient). The owner of this unit obviously does not care about guests and did not authorize buying new bathroom facilities. We never got new equipment installed. We hear he is selling for near $500K good luck with that! The Summerhouse office tried to engage the owner and fix issues.

Overall Unit 157 fits a family well with the bedrooms and living space. The kitchen is well equipped. Also great location near the pool and ocean. Only recommendations is the master bath needs to be updated as well as some of the outlets and air conditioner.

We have been coming to Summerhouse with family and friends annually for 30 plus years. It is a wonderful place for families. Safe, quiet, very well maintained. Beautiful grounds. Close access to the beach, although the stairs may be a challenge for some. I think one walkway may have a ramp. Unit 157 was very nice. I would definitely rent 157 again. The location is really nice. Close to the pool and the walkway to the beach. If there was a con it would be some of the beds were uncomfortable but they never sleep like your bed at home😊

Our stay was above average until the last night. First the roof was leaking and it ruined the ceiling, and dripped on bed and floor in one of the bedrooms. Second, the A/C unit was not blowing cold air. When we asked management twice for any possible compensation, the first response was "we can’t control the weather". We are still waiting for the second response after 2 1/2 weeks!
