It's a great location; very close to all the things we wanted to do. You can avoid all that traffic into town. Didn't mind the main road, just keep kids and dogs in the back. Very clean. One of the better homes we've stayed in in the area.

The place was neat and comfy. Its located close to most attractions. Someone reached out via text message to welcome us and was available if needed. Answered my questions immediately. The only negative was there was no info on how to use the TV and TV services and no info on area attractions, restaurants etc. This would have been helpful especially being first time in this area. We found info down the road in visitor center finally.

Very clean, no clutter, close to all of our favorite spots in the area and central A/C worked great!

House was clean and near many attractions and services . Well equipped and all info we needed was posted in the home . Would definitely stay again. For those with small kids or pets, note it is on a busier road .

The property location was great for us. The property itself is renovated and comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness (stains on pull out sofa mattress pad and dogs fur found throughout property) that we reached out to the property manager in which they said the local property management team would get back to us and we haven’t heard a word. Disappointed with VRBO and their lack of communication but nice property.

I don’t know what happened between the last reviews and my stay but I see it has been some months since a review has been left so maybe something changed. Unfortunately I can only speak on my stay, I don’t know if it was a mistake or happens often but when I went to go to sleep during my stay I turned down the bed to find the sheets covered in black hairs from top to bottom (most likely pet hair I assume) as well as long human hair all over the top of the sheets and pillows and stains one of which looked like a blood stain on one of the pillow cases. I have never been one to leave a negative review. I have stayed in many rental properties before and bring my dogs as well so I am certainly not the type to expect a white glove inspection cleaning. But I do expect the sheets to be washed between guests. There was absolutely no way the sheets on the bed had been washed. I did not sleep in the bed during my short two night stay as I felt that was completely unsanitary. I ended up sleeping upright on the couch. Aside from that the house was easy to find right off Route 302 (Main Rd (noisy from living room if sleeping there)). Plenty of backyard space to stay away from the road when walking dogs. Minutes to North Conway where we spent most of our time. Just some feedback…The lights in living room kept turning off so we just gave up and ended up sitting in the dark watching tv at night. There was no information provided with area attractions/restaurants menus, all other rentals I have stayed in have always provided informational binders or such about the area. (Of course everyone has cell phones but it always helps to have visuals and references/ or recommendations.) Lastly, the instructions/emails from Vrbo/ and Vacasa were a bit conflicting/confusing. I booked through Vrbo so was confused to be getting emails from Vacasa and having to finalize booking through their site and have to contact them through their 800 numbers with no luck. I’ve used Vrbo many times before and never dealt with that. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again based on my experience.

The size is perfect for a family of 4. Hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Surrounded by great dining options and plenty of outdoor amenities - we had a great mini-vacation! Pictures are accurate, the home was clean and we appreciated the towels and linens. (endless K-Cups too!)

The house was perfect for 2 small dogs that are older, but we did wish we had some place to walk them or a fenced in area, since it is on a main road. Other than that it's in a great location and would stay again.

My husband, dog and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect. The space was big and open! Would defiantly go back again and maybe even bring friends. Our check in and check out was easy. All in all, great trip!

Fabulous little place to stay for our little fall foliage trip. Very clean and everything you’d need for your stay. Enjoyed sitting outside on the patio table and watching the lovely colorful leaves falling.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Everything was exactly as described. The cabin was super clean when we arrived and very welcoming. The location was convenient for the fall hiking we wanted to do. Grocery shopping was quick and easy from the location and there were sufficient supplies for cooking our meals. It was the perfect, quiet getaway!

The house was sparkling clean from the furniture to the bathroom to the kitchen. Everything you would need is on site or a short drive away. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relax. Great location in close proximity to plenty of restaurants, stores, and amusement parks.

Everything clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated

My husband, three kids, and I absolutely loved this property! The house was immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. I've never stayed in such a clean house, and we have rented a lot of properties. Everything seemed brand new. We knew the house was on the highway, and this wasn't a problem at all. We could barely hear the traffic from inside the house, and we loved the beautiful yard and picnic table in the back of the house. We ate dinner outside, which was lovely. We appreciated that everything that we needed was provided in the house. The check in and check out processes were simple and straightforward. The house is perfectly situated for our trips to Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, and Storyland. We will definitely be back!
