Beautifully renovated old buildings with very pleasant and accommodating staff.

The bed, whilst very big (which was good) had a very heavy duvet on it which was not pleasant to sleep under. It also gave the feeling of the bed not being aired so had that ever so slightly damp feeling when getting in. We didn’t like to complain as we had already had to move rooms once and been upgraded due to a faulty shower in the original room and the staff had been so lovely about it all, and the bed covers seemed a trivial thing in the grand scheme of things, however if I could suggest one thing to make the stay perfect, it would be lighter covers/duvet on the bed.

Great location with exceptional nice staff who always had a smile and were welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was a bit tight but not ab problem overall.

Breakfast was good, nice location right outside the old town. The staff were fairly nice and the bed was comfortable.

We found this inn to be overpriced for calling itself "luxury": - The room was tiny with very little space to move around (pictures were misleading) and completely not worth the price. - Our bathroom door was broken and would not slide shut. When we brought this up, the staff said this was expected because of "weather changes" and would not fix it. - The floors were not vacuumed and creaked very loudly with each step. - The "nearby parking" is actually a 10 minute walk uphill away from the inn, which was not clear when booking.

we had a room in the new building across the street. highly recommend. All new furnishings and modern accents. loved the rooftop patio

breakfast. well the BF was good but we had to leave early the next day and the bagged store bought sandwich and yogurt and apple didn’t cover charges paid. plus we couldn’t get a refund because bought separately on booking.com. also no plant based milk however, staff cheerfully for some brought in.

We had a ground floor apartment there was limited ventilation as the room felt underground the windows were very high up. We had air-conditioning and a fan once these were on the room didn't feel as stuffy. Felt as it needed to be aired out.
