The apartment was very clean with everything you could need for a short stay. The location was a short walk to Front Street and close to many delicious restaurants. The hosts sent very detailed check in instructions and were responsive throughout the visit

We had a beautiful weekend stay in Traverse City celebrating my husband's 50th birthday! The condo is tastefully decorated, well supplied, and within walking distance to dowtown. The owners were available to answer all questions in a more than timely manner. Should we find ourselves needing lodging while in Traverse City, we will definitely return to Lisa and David's beautiful condo.

Perfect for what we needed to visit family and have them meet out new addition ( 4 month old) . Place had everything we needed. Did need to pay for parking on the weekend related to lack of spots and we even had a handicap ♿️ pass. Close to everything down town, we were able to walk to almost everything. Like this place very much

If you’re looking for a place conveniently located close to downtown and comfortable to hang out in when not out on the town you’ve found the right place. David and Lisa made the process simple and provide all of the basic convenience items anyone might want for a short stay. We arrived Friday evening intending to order take out before arriving in town. We were delighted to find Firefly just a short walk around the corner - perfect! Front street is an easy 5-10 minute walk eliminating the need to find parking. Thanks for helping make it a great weekend!

We rented this lovely property for a short anniversary getaway before all the holiday happenings take place. It was perfect for the two of us! It was tastefully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed for a couple of nights. The location was great also. The owners were helpful and great to work with also. Looking forward to a return visit.

The facility was clean with all the modern conveniences. Location was great because we could walk a few blocks to the center of town. The only drawback was parking not on site.

We stayed at this condo for a couple days on a trip through Michigan for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The location was perfect and the condo is up to date as advertised. We were able to walk to downtown Traverse City and visit all the breweries. It is a short drive over to Sleeping Bear Dunes which I highly recommend visiting if you stay in Traverse. The condo was clean, well stocked, and the check in process was easy. Great overall stay.. we will be back.

This condo was perfect for our anniversary getaway. It was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed! We loved being able to park the car in the free parking lot and walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Repeat stay, so we knew what to expect. Traffic on 8th seems a bit heavier this time. Unfortunately too many “ drag racers” later in the evening made it nosier than it should be. Otherwise, everything was great.

First off, the condo is beautiful and well appointed. The hosts were very kind and responsive. Very nice buildout for a rental. Bed was comfortable, however, light sleepers take note that the bedroom windows overlook the entrance to the parking garage next door. Speaking about parking...plan on paying for parking at the garage next door. Based on my count, there much fewer parking spots built as there are units in the building. Furthermore, I observed a bachelorette party staying in the building with 5 girls staying in the unit undoubtedly gobbling up several parking spots on their own as the building does not monitor how many guests park in the lot - huge problem! Moral of the story, expect to spend $20/night on parking at the garage next door, which resets at 7am, so unless you take your car out at 7am, you will be charged an ADDITIONAL $1.50/hr after 7am - hence the $25/day fee I suggest you build into your budget. Pricey parking for a small town as these are fees that we see in Chicago! My wife and I really liked the unit and were able to make the additional parking fees work, however, if you're price sensitive: consider yourself warned.

We had a great time staying at this property! It's the perfect size for two people and has everything you need while on vacation. We were able to walk everywhere but the wineries. There is some noise from the street and neighbors, but a fan should drown it out. We would definitely come back!

We only needed a short waystation in TC until our house in Sutton's Bay became available, and this apartment did the trick! We got in very late Friday night after a horrendous day of travel, and I could not for the life of me find the email with the code to get into the apartment. Thank god though the owners had texted me their direct phone numbers, and they even answered at 1:00 am to give me the code!!! Their responsiveness saved the day (night)!! Other than that, the place was super clean and nice, and perfectly located for anyone wanting easy access to downtown TC and the beaches. Would recommend!
