The location is great but there is costruction just outside the living room window on a building next door that can be noisy and with men riight outside the window.

Upon arrival, we entered the condo with no problem. We appreciated the email that said if we had problems, to call a certain number. Our first impression was that the furniture was old and worn and needs cleaning and or replacement. Carpet was dirty and bathrooms could use use an update. The washer apparently was not agitating and we felled to have it looked at but the repair person said it seemed to ge working. What te failed to do was to our clothed in the washer and ser that it was in fact broken. The agitator had a crack. Then we had to call because the disposal was not working. We all woke up with neck pain because the pillows are so old they were not comfortable. The sheets were old and felt like they had a rough feel to them. The dishwasher did not wash well as can be determined by the fact when the cycle finished, the detergent bar was still in the dishwasher only outside of the box where you put the bar in. I would have uploaded photos, but this review page doesn’t offer this capability. Really disappointing.

The condo’s fireplace did not work, there was no patio furniture, beds are not comfortable as well as the heating system didn’t work evenly - bedrooms were very hot while living space was freezing. Tried to clean up floors and there was a broom with no dust pan, vacuum that was broke, and the hot water in the bathtubs were almost non existent . We cooked the entire stay- the condo needs to be updated- kitchen drawer handles are stripped , microwave doesn’t rotate and the water filter in freezer needs replaced - the ice taste moldy. The mattress on the pullout is like a hospital bed - our guest slept on floor because it was so uncomfortable. The condo did its job but for the price I was very disappointed in the LACK of luxury it gave.

We had a great vacation in this Deer Valley location. While slightly dated the unit location was fantastic. Very clean and pretty well kept. We had to rent this unit through Vacasa and I would never recommend Vacasa to anyone. Go with another rental platform including Vrbo who I have used in the past.

i would like to speak to the manager/owner. fortunately we had friends in Deer valley. the pull out sofa is barely a mattress. it is like sleeping on a spring. you can't market that unit as sleeping six people unless you get a new sofa with a real BED.

We had a great vacation in this Deer Valley location. While slightly dated the unit location was fantastic. Very clean and pretty well kept. My 10 year old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Black Bear Lodge. We booked a last minute trip to Deer Valley for a long weekend and this was one of the few affordable properties that was within walking distance of the slopes. The unit is very spacious and could very comfortably sleep 4 people. The kitchen is well-stocked. We didn't have any issues while we were here so I didn't have any reason to get in touch with the property manager. The unit is a bit dated but it more than makes up for it with the location and size for the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

Rent through Black Bear/Adobe direct
It is important to note that this unit does not have a private hot tub and you are not allowed to use the shuttle van if you do not rent through Adobe/Black Bear. Having stayed at Black Bear many times, nearly every unit has a private hot tub. And the shuttle service both to Snow Park and to Park city is great, but NOT available if you rent this unit. Renting through Vacasa also means you cannot switch units, even if they have availability at the same lodge. The unit itself is fine though dated and not well maintained. The carpets are stained and fraying and the unit is rather small.

Location is outstanding for Deer Valley, steps from mid-mountain base. Condo is clean, a little tired but very functional and a solid value given it’s very high end and expensive surroundings. Kitchen is well stocked, was easy to make meals at home. No housekeeping provided, so request that in advance if needed.

Fabulous Couples Condo
We loved Bear Lodge 150 and it was perfect for two couples. We each had our own king size bed and our own bathroom which was so convenient. Plus the bathtub was the best bathtub I have ever been in - it was a long deep tub with jets in good locations for easing those after skiing aches. The living room was comfortable for four people to hang out. The room is located right next to the sidewalk to take you to the three minute walk to Silver Lake Lodge, so after the first morning we just left our skis and boot at the lodge at the free storage and enjoyed the ski in ski out condo with a short walk. The complex has a nice jacuzzi that we enjoyed and a heated swimming pool. A great condo for a ski trip at Deer Valley!
