Cute home in the heart of Park City. READ about parking before booking!!!

It was clean and acceptable with beds and accomodations. Needs a bit more kitchen wares, more cleaning supplies, and a broom. Downstairs bed is hard as a rock. Fireplace broken.

Would have been a five star review if the garage door / opener would have worked. Reported it on day one and two. Garage door keypad was fixed the prior day to leaving after a seven night stay. The remote never was repaired. Spent a lot of $ to stay there to have to put up with that (garage door) annoyance.

Overall, great. Place is larger than we’d expected. Very clean. Well-equipped. It’s an easy walk to the PCMR base area. It’s a short bus ride - but probably not quite a walk in the winter - to downtown PC. Only issue was that the heat, in obeying the laws of physics, really struggled to warm the lowest floor, where two bedrooms are located.

Overall, great. Place is larger than we’d expected. Very clean. Well-equipped. It’s an easy walk to the PCMR base area. It’s a short bus ride - but probably not quite a walk in the winter - to downtown PC. Only issue was that the heat, in obeying the laws of physics, really struggled to warm the lowest floor, where two bedrooms are located.

Stayed at Sunflower #8 in late may over the Memorial Day holiday. Great place, perfect for a group of friends or extended family. Location convenient to everything in park city including walkable to PCMR base, prospector, and town plus bus stop is right out front.

Great for Winter, a Bit Loud and Hot for Summer
Nice place, conveniently located if you want "right in town." Ample space. No AC so when it hits the upper 80s as it did a few days it get's hot. There are fans, but they really don't help until the temp outside begins to drop (which it inevitably does by night). The only other complaint was the noise from the other units. To combat the heat, windows need to be open but the central atrium makes noises travel easily and clearly among the eight units. During the winter, the ample snow and closed windows should make this a moot point, but in summer be prepared for learning more about your neighbors. The last comment was on cleaning. We were likely the first renters post-COVID shutdown so while the unit was probably cleaned in early March when the last skiiers were forced off the mountain, by late June, the 3 month old cleaning was a bit of a dusty memory. Otherwise, would recommend this place, especially for skiing; the location can't be beat.

Inside condo was beautifully decorated and clean!
The outside condo area and garage could use some TLC.
We weren't prepared to carry our luggage and groceries up so many stairs (no elevator.)
The mattress (futon) on the bottom bunk was not comfortable at all. Loved having a bathroom in every bedroom!
TV's barely had any channels to watch---even the free main channels were difficult to see.

Wyndham management couldn't have been nicer and more helpful as well as responded to inquiries quickly! I didn't realize check out was at 10am until I received an email reminder the day before checkout. I called office (it was closed) so I emailed and received a response within minutes! They were able to accommodate a later check-out---no problem at all!
Overall, minus the one uncomfortable bed, we had a great stay! Thank you!

Great location. Very Clean. Nicely decorated. Had all the utensils in the kitchen needed. Not far from Main Street and Restaurants. Walking distance from the ski resort. It was great to have a washer and dryer available. Beds very comfortable. The downside is there are stairs to climb from the two bedrooms/two bathrooms on the entry level, to the main entertaining area on the second, to the third floor where the other bedroom/bathroom is located. Aside from this, had a great time! I would stay here again and recommend family and friends!

Updated and clean
Easy access to downtown either walking or by bus. Condo was clean and nicely updated. Mattresses in the bunk beds were terribly uncomfortable. Difficult to find a property that included three full size beds for three couples. Many of them include rooms with bunk beds. These were not even actual mattresses, but more like a futon mattress. Especially important if you plan to put adults in these beds.

PARK CITY BARGAIN
The property fit our needs well. Including the lower level garage you have 4 levels to navigate which would not work for all. However, that does provide privacy for larger groups if needed. It was evident that a large amount of effort and money went into rehabbing and upgrading the rental. Every kitchen item imaginable was provided and of good quality. I would not hesitate to rebook this property.

Clean, well equipped property. Great central location within a quick bus ride to Main Street happenings or a short walk to the resort area.
