The place was exactly has expected and was really clean. And the beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

My partner and I got married in Hood River and this was the perfect location for our venue at the Crag Rat Hut. It provided the space we needed to get ready and relax after our event. It was close to the farmer's market and one of the BEST breakfast places ~ Egg River Cafe. Can't wait to go back and explore more of Hood River.

We enjoyed staying in Hood River for two nights. It is a nice town and the ideal spot to go kayaking, beer tasting and hiking! The house was nice and the bedrooms are decorated really well. The parking is quite tight so for those with bigger cars it would be a challenge.

Great house with stocked kitchen. Helpful communication / directions from owner on accessing driveway. Location is great for accessing the area.

Clean, comfortable beds and AC. Approx 3/4 mile walk to downtown area. Some good coffee shops close by.

We had a great stay at this Hood River property. The owners were awesome at communicating with us before and during our stay. We needed a few items for the house and they were dropped off right away. The AC at this house was awesome! Kept it nice and cool! Plenty of space for our daughter’s travel crib. It was nice to have the shampoo/body wash/conditioner dispenser in the shower. You can walk to town to shop but be prepared to walk back uphill. It was nice to have Netflix access in the evenings. We really enjoyed spending time in and around Hood River!

Charming little house. Three adults fit comfortably while visiting for a wedding! Easy to walk from the property to get where we needed!

It was a very cute property & comfortable home. The only thing was the parking area was dirt so when it rains it turns into mud & you track it back into your vehicle. Steep hill if you prefer to walk, but we did it! I would recommend for couples.

We stayed here for 1 night to help break up a long drive and we were glad we did! It was so close to everything in town, checkin was easy, and parking around back was easy thanks to the clear instructions. The home was very clean and comfortable.

We had a quick trip to HR for our son's ski competition. House was adorably decorated and comfortable. Wish we could have spent more time relaxing but we were on the mountain most of the weekend! Would def come back and stay again!

This two bedroom rental was spotless. I'm thinking new to rent because everything was like new, from toaster to furniture. Very comfortable place. Was a perfect location for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Our little family absolutely loved this very clean and comfortable rental over the holiday break! We were walking distance from places to eat, a trail and a great park to sled at when the snow fell! We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this home and were able to enjoy a white Christmas! It's a short little drive to the downtown strip of Hood River and the bedrooms were far apart for privacy if you have multiple guests. The only thing we missed was having a real fire in the fireplace but figured it they had an electric one in place for safety. :) The beds are a lovely size (but ideal for people who like firmer mattress texture) and each room had plenty of storage for personal items. The kitchen was a great size with everything you need to cook. Would definitely stay here again!

The outside definitely doesn't reflect the inside. They've done a nice job making an old rather run down looking house nice on the inside. One bedroom opens to the living room and the other bedroom is next to the single bathroom. Take note, it is an older home, so the bathroom is rather small and you'll be struggling to find places to put your things. The living area is comfortable and good for gathering for 3-4 people. The kitchen is updated (with high countertops, so take note if you are short!) Also take note, there is no laundry, which we overlooked when we booked. Overall the home was very clean and check-in / check-out was very easy. Parking is outside behind the house in a compacted yard, so it can get a little muddy in the rainy season. The house is also on a relatively busy road, across from the hospital emergency room, so take note if you are a light sleeper (thankfully there are new windows to help keep the noise out). It's a bit of a walk to consider from the downtown, but parking is easy downtown so not a big deal as long as you are ok with that. There are a few places to walk to close by (restaurants, brewery, bakery) and there is a grocery store a mile or so up the road. The owner/prop manager was very responsive when I asked for the possibility of a late check-out (answer was no, but polite). However, after our stay, when I reported that the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in the kitchen went off several times in the middle of the night, and recommended someone should take a look, I never heard back. We barely slept the second night, wondering if it was a false alarm or maybe there was actually a concerning amount of carbon monoxide in the air. Hopefully they did take a look and just forgot to respond.

We had a fantastic stay in the heights! The home was roomy enough for my husband, toddler, and myself. We had very comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was so perfect we walked to eateries for most meals. Our hosts also provided their top recommendations for restaurants which was appreciated!
