Unit was beautiful. 3 stories, comfortable. No complaints about the owners unit. It was good and he is a conscientious owner. Great beds. Overall the villa property was nice.

This villa is for families with boats. Otherwise there's no good reason to stay there. Key Largo doesn't have much to attract tourists other than fishing. Hard to find a decent public beach, surprising. Good rental unit. Not a good location for me.

Not enough linens for number of guests, No bath mats for showers. No rugs in entrance of doors. No linens that fit sofa sleeper,spring on upstairs mattress was coming through. Guests couldn't sleep on matress. Appearance of wooded area in back was extremely over grown. The pictures on your website of your placement to this unit is definetly not where we were located.Toilets ran all night in the upstairs bathroom

The guard gate was rude on arrival. He let my husband into the gate and then told me I was too early. Meanwhile my family was in the facility.

The kitchen had two frying pans and neither of them had any handles on them. The floor got very dirty and I had limited supplies to clean them with. We didnt even have a bucket for the mop.
