The condo was not very clean. It had a rotten section of the floor in the kitchen that you could almost step through and was dangerous. The bathtub and shower was stained and dirty. There was mold on the shower. The fridge smelled like fish. My feet stayed dirty from just walking on the floor.

Great location. Near beach and pool. Nicely decorated and very pretty. King bed very comfortable. Nice to have linens and bath towels provided. Kitchen has everything to cook. Minor TLC cleaning needed.(hidden areas) Sub floor in kitchen needs repaired.to highlight the beautiful new floors. Very nice remodeled unit. With everything you could need. Fit our family of 6 comfortably. Very nice gated community. Pool was nice. People were very friendly.Our first visit to emerald Isle. We loved it.

This location has a beautiful beach view from the deck. It was an easy walk to the beach. The condo had plenty of room and didn’t feel crowded. There was always plenty of parking and the pool wasn’t ever crowded. Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful beach vacation at this property. You can’t beat the location on the island, access to the beach, and proximity to the pool. There is plenty of parking in this safe and secluded villa property. Most of the occupants are owners, the grounds are well kept, and there’s not much competition for pool chairs or places to set up on the beach. The property itself is nice for a small family. Our family of 4 fit comfortably in the three bedrooms. The TV has the option of Netflix, Disney+, HBO, and other applications that will require your own login. The WiFi is easily accessed, and fairly fast. We didn’t have major issues, but there were some concerns I would like to point out to future guests. The major flaw in the property is the entrance; there isn’t a bolt lock, and the doorknob lock is old and loose. The screen door to the property is beat up and gives a poor first impression. Multiple windows were unlocked when we checked them the first night. The floors were very dirty and the property seemed generally unclean. There aren’t any cleaning amenities available. The hand soaps were 90% empty, but filled with water. We had to purchase Draino for a clogged drain, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and all beach supplies including beach towels, everything except chairs. We left sand toys and a pool noodle for the next guests. The kitchen is disorganized and full of left over items from previous guests. There is a lot of stuff, but not a sorted kitchen to cook and prepare meals in. There are also multiple low spots in the property. It seems like there were new vinyl floors put in without addressing sub floor issues. Most notably, a large low spot in front of the dishwasher. For those staying in this area for the first time; regular beach umbrellas will not work on this windy beach. Most people buy a product called a Shibumi, which retails for $250. You can purchase them at Ace on the island. The owner was responsive and did say she would address the cleanliness issue of the property. Overall, I’d give this a 3/5, and for the price would stay here again if ever in this part of the country.

The AC works great, the beds are comfortable, good water pressure, kitchen is stocked, and the beach is just a walk down the stairs.

The condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room and the balcony views were amazing. We had the sunrise view and view of the ocean. We would love to stay here again when we return next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to Emerald Isle. Great beach and we were right next to it. We could see the ocean and the sun rises from the deck.

We had a great time. Beautiful property and location. Property owner was very nice and the check in / check out process was great. I highly recommend this place.
