The environment and the cooperative of the staff and management.
I love the food
I love the way how the staff and management talks to me
And I love the way they showed love to my family
They made us felt like home

the AC was awful. impossible to stop it. even in Fan mode the temperature was too low. Only the second day we were able to remove the AC fuse to stop it.

everything was new and the staff were to friendly and helpful
the room wasn’t so clean we found some used tissue and a tissue ball in the kettle.
the toilets don’t flush properly, one of them hardly even worked.

The elevator entrance is dirty and bed mattress blanket not clean.

bed mattress was bent and sheets were stained. room smelled like cigarettes although I requested non smoking , not very clean, dusty balcony with a dry piece of bread. there’s not much view as advertised only construction.. def too much money for it
