We booked this place due to its proximity to the airport which made it very easy to catch our early flight. As a bonus the apartment is spacious, has a great kitchen and it's also close to a number of restaurants and a starbucks. We could easily walk to get coffees and grab takeout dinner.
The booking agency was very responsive via WhatsApp which was very useful. Although I seem to have been communicating with several people which sometimes made the exchange a bit disjointed.
The location was initially not very easy to find but thanks to the google maps coordinates we managed to get there. I think it's just a lack of reliable address system in Cairo that made it a bit complicated to figure out what the street name and number was. Map pins seem to be the only reliable way.

Don’t make the mistake of booking with this facility.
Poor service.
I paid you in full for a full service. The elevator was shut down during the whole stay, my children and I had to carry our luggage “8 large bags” up and down the stairs. My wife and I are people with critical health conditions. We were forced to walk the stairs up and down a few times because the property had no elevator. They never declared the elevator problem when we were charged the full fee.
That is deceptive and not honest.
Their customer service team confirmed in wry to get us a refund but it’s never happened.

Good location
The check-in process is the worst I have experienced. They request a stupid 3000 deposit rather than taking the credit card as the assurance.
Even I’m ok to give the deposit, the worst part is that the owner told us there will be someone waiting for us at the reception, but in the end no one showed up. We are waiting outside for more than 30 mins.
Also, since our check-out time is at early morning, they were reluctant to give the deposit back to us at that time. And just keep us waiting outside, even don’t let us discuss the payment in the apartment.

What a horrible dodgy flat, it shows that is place of scam
They didn’t even allow us in , property said it’s 51 dollars ended up paying 76 dollars when it was time for my checkin they demanded payment of 200 dollars to let me in the property. What a scam, such thieves to takes tourist for a ride

El departamento es bien
El edificio es sucio y viejo. Es ascensor está malo. La persona que debía entregar las llaves se demoró media hora en llegar. Te piden una garantía de 200 euros, cuando nos fuimos casi perdimos el avión esperando que viniera la persona a recibir las llaves y a devolvernos los 200 euros de la garantía. Además piden mucha documentación para entregarte el alojamiento.

Property is overall clean and tidy.
Be careful. They would charge you deposit with credit card right away instead of holding on a deposit of credit limit before your stay.
After checked out, we were told that there was one towel missing. We did not even stay overnight. Booking the room was just for luggage storage only and who would take this thousand-used towel. They said they have evidence but never be proven.

Hard Finding the apartment so not what we were looking for in a 8 hours transfer between flights.
For longer stays these would be a nice spot.

We got to sleep there for 2 hrs and that’s it
The address is wrong, says Terminal 2 when it’s the apartment 3. We got there before midnight, we entered the place at 2am. We were wondering around the building looking for the apartment, not knowing what’s the apartment. People around (even people that guard the building) had no idea about this place, neither the address. They didn’t even speak English, we lost 2 hrs just trying to find the apartment. And we were right there, just the number they have announced is wrong. And they have to understand that foreigners don’t have a phone to call just like that and ask. So we had to pay to some person to give us the phone to call. At the end my husband got in touch and they finally explained that is a wrong apartment written in booking. Not a nice experience for us!

The apartment was just like the pictures, very clean and comfortable.
Getting to the apartment was a total nightmare. Prior to my arrival, I had texted the owner on several occasion to see if they could have someone pick me up at the airport and take me to the apartment as I had with hotels in both Cairo and Aswan. The owner ignored my request. Once at the Cairo airport, I took a taxi who could not find the address. I had to finally call the owner for directions to give to the driver. We had to go around the airport twice and my driver charged me extra. Once at the address I had to call the owner again to open the door to the main entrance of the apartments. I was traveling solo so I'm really glad this happened during the day and not late at night. The owner later texted me after my stay that there would have been a $10 charge for a pick up at the airport. I would have gladly paid it if I had known about it prior to my arrival!

We were.in a transit to Luxor. This was very close to airport. Nice decor. Clean and comfortable.
Slight issue with WiFi but that was sorted out in a few hours.

it is very close to the airport. Large apartment for family with all appliances. Clean place and it is matching with the picture on Booking.
You have to pay the deposit before you will get keys which is not standard to pay deposit for a rental apartment in Europe. But it is clearly describe on Booking.com website. No worries, the deposit will be returned to your banking card after stay.

big apartment and comfortable, only 10 min from the airport 50 pound/less than one euro with uber
as we stayed only one night and couldn’t buy it our self would appreciate some laundry detergent

More English speaking channels on the tv.There was only one English channel.but the apartment was exceptional

- Can highly recommend to ask the tour guide Bob to drive you from the airport to the location. Getting to know him during our stay ended up as a key highlight of our trip.
- It's a bit strange that we're asked to throw our own trash before leaving.
- It's also strange to be asked to "leave the apartment as clean as possible".
- There's an overload of information being provided by the host through the booking.com chat, which makes it hard to progress when you're on the go, stressed with commuting, and need to do this on your phone. It would be much better if they sent you a neatly organized PDF with all the info you need, highlighted with the most important to-dos.

so much room! plenty of space, coffee, tea and universal adapter plugs with USB ports all around the apartment! wonderful, caring and accommodating staff-great directions and care
