The hotel is very clean, very courteous staff, in a good location, and provides very tasty food.

Nearby roads are dusty now due to some cable laying by authorities.

Decent simple room in Chandivali near the Boomerang, Clean. Helpful - breakfast eggs were okay, It was close to other faciliites of Powai so that compensated. At this discounted price it made sense, otherwise not.

No proper signage of TREEBO downstairs - only ELVIS INN. First floor and no lift, so I had to lug my bags up. No watch man to help with the bags too. Noisy corridoors - staff need to keep their voices down

Staff was okay

first the location. The entrance is difficult to locate as it is from the first floor. The first room allocated had mosquitoes. I changed to another room where the fan was making noise. Due to that, I had to sleep in AC which affected my throat. They don't provide breakfast before 8 am. In Mumbai, people leave at 7.30 from home. For work, I also had to reach at 9 am, but due to their rule of 8 am breakfast, I never had it in spite of being included in my stay as a free breakfast. I could have tea only. There was not a single window in the room, and it was suffocating for me. As a solo woman traveler, it was difficult to stay because at midnight also, people stepped into corridors. I found it difficult to have a peaceful sleep.
