Swimming pool, washing machine, wifi

Everything a bit aged but very good value for money.

very nice pool and pool area quite location close to the beach

WiFi was not the best but did not effect us too much hot water run out quite quickly

I loved how nice the host was, the pool was amazing and the facilities were good.

the location is a bit far from main Ayia napa, we didn’t mind because we were a group and taxis were about 4 euros divided between us.

The property is in a very bad condition, wires hanging from the lighting chandelier, there are holes on one of the door, ceramic tiles are detached, walls are very badly painted, all appliances are old, ants everywhere in the house, spiderwebs all around the house. Apart from the floor, windows, bathrooms the rest of the house is lacking hygiene standards, Beds are not comfortable at all Water is not pressurized and is barely coming out of the taps and showers A/C units are not maintained and the worst of all, there is timer every hour the ac units closes!!!!!!! U will need to re-start the unit during the night otherwise you will get really hot and wake up every 1-2 hours

Cleanliness, lamps, air conditioning closed every 1 hour and we couldn't sleep
