Location is good.

The bath fittings were broken, leaky taps, bed lenin were not clean. Overall not worth. The pictures shown and real picture of room is different.

We had a great stay in Poonam Palace ,staff is very cooperative specaily mr sunil chauhan manager of hotel. Nice hospitality great food and services . neat and clean public area…. Recommend to our family and friends

Hotel manager was asking for extra payment other than booking amount.

they demanded more money to stay there, they were asking 500 more for the stay , they were telling that it is not possible to give you room at the site price

actual price on booking.com was not accepted by the owner and we had to pay additional money for the stay

The location was good.

1. Curtains / Window screen was very ugly 2. Same bedsheet for 3 days 3. No cleaning of room regularly 4. Bathroom was very ugly 5. Telephone desk, table, chair were very ugly 6. So much garbage near lift area 7. No food service 8. They will force you to not to book though Oyo /booking.com for remaining day stays after 1st day
