The whole house. The privacy and quietness of the place. The area is very close to our event. We are 2 families. Myself and my 2 boys and our friend and her daughter. The house really suited our needs. Kids have their own space.

The place is very neat. Very comfortable and very secured. It meets all our needs. All the extras are provided. Extra pillows, blankets.

Great location, close to Pukekura Park and walking distance to shops and food.

If we’re being picky, the showers were a bit small but still very manageable.

Great setup, nice modern house with decent quality towels and sheets etc. Full kitchen, dining, lounge, double bedroom, bathroom and garage downstairs and then 2x bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Private location as it’s down a driveway behind 2 other houses, parking on the driveway for another 2 cars and a courtyard with outdoor furniture also. Full laundry in the garage was a real bonus - as was the Wifi. Few mins drive (or 10ish mins walk) to all restaurants and Boardwalk / waterfront. Garden / Soundshell a few mins walk behind the property.

The only bit of feedback would be that a bit of a quick vacuum to get rid of some of the daddy-long legs and dust gathering in the corners (downstairs bedroom, hall and lounge). A towel per person was supplied, however a couple of extra towels in a cupboard would of been great for the females who may need an extra towel for hair washing :)

The townhouse is lovely and modern and in clean and tidy condition. Its location is fantastic - we could park up and walk downtown for dinner, and up to the wonderful park for a lovely walk. highly recommend.
