Pros -upon arrival, the house is clean and spacious -nice porch to sit outside, read or enjoy a drink or a meal -quiet neighborhood -close to downtown and the harbor -host was responsive to inquiries -pet friendly Suggestions: -Was given wrong address in confirmation email (could have been a typo, just make sure when arriving that the address is 600 not 500. =Could have more seating for a group of six (6). The bench in the living area isn't very comfortable. -House lacks basics that you would typically expect. -Bring your own bath towels and hand towels, not enough for a group of six and towels provided were not of high quality -Bring your own toilet paper, as not much provided - Kitchen lacked supplies, measuring cups, mixing bowls, not much silverware -Coffee carafe had was broken and coffee pot is very old and not well maintained -The shower in the smaller bathroom has a child burn guard and the water was cold -The window blinds do not work properly, appear to both very old and not installed properly -Although the house was clean, there was dirt/dust on the ceiling diffusers/vents. They need to be cleaned House seems to have very good potential, however it seems that more attention to detail would be very helpful. Thank you.

It’s in a very nice location., the house was mostly clean, didn’t see one bug inside. The floors and countertops were clean, the mattresses look new and are comfortable but not covered. The bedding was very low end, there were very minimal bath towels, one or two hand towels, no washcloths, no bath rug. Bathroom sinks and fixtures were not clean. Some of the cupboards in the kitchen are broken. Some of the flooring throughout seemed to be lacking plywood underneath., a little uneven and some buckling. The front steps are conducive to the climate, a little too much mold so they were a bit slippery.
