My wife and I booked this property for our wedding anniversary trip. The reviews we had read made the place sound like it was perfect, so we had high expectations. We were not disappointed. The check-in instructions from Jen were spot-on so we had no issues accessing the unit. The parking space in front of the unit was large enough for our SUV and was covered, which was great to keep the interior cool in the Florida sun. Once inside, we found that the property was immaculate. It was spacious and comfortable with a homey feel vs. feeling commercial. The location was ideal to get to the beach, the pool, or just hang out on the back patio. The courtyard in the back between the units is meticulously maintained with beautiful landscaping. The other reviews were also correct about all of the beach items being supplied. Everything from a beach tent, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, cooler, and a wagon to transport everything. There were also buckets and shovels for kids to play with in the sand, which we didn't need. The kitchen was completely stocked with all of the cookware and utensils to cook our own meals. It was truly a home away from home. And since everything was so perfect, we didn't really have a need to contact Jen for any issues. We only contacted her to let her know that we were there, all was good, and when we were checked out. Each time she was very responsive. We are so happy with this amazing experience and we're already planning our next visit.

The property was clean and very accommodating ! Nice size ,great attention to the quality of bedding, towels etc. Well equipped kitchen equipment , and tools . The property manager was amazing ! She tried to accommodate all of our needs ! She made you feel like family ! The beach was so beautiful, the sand was amazing. !

This was the perfect getaway for our family of six after a week at Disney. Being steps away from the beach made for easy days with little ones. This condo had everything we needed and more. Nice amenities included a beach wagon, noise machines, beach towels and even a first aid kit. We loved playing in the pools just steps away and watching the gorgeous sunsets. Check in was easy and the host communicated with us quickly and went out of her way to make sure we had little extras to help celebrate a special birthday. Thank you Jen!!

Where to start! Jen thought of everything to make your stay on the beach so much fun. The condo was stocked with all kitchen items you would need (pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, napkins, coffee, spices etc.) and had almost anything you would need on the beach (beach cart, cooler and towels). The condo was very clean and there were plenty of extra towels and linens. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets! We had a wonderful time and definitely will be going back! Everything was perfect. The location, ease of parking, appearance and the amenities were wonderful.

This property is a very short walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach and it has a swimming pool at the edge of the beach. The property is very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The property manager is accessible and very helpful. The exterior is plain but the interior is very attractive and comfortable. Parking is right at the door.

Jennifer was beyond excellent in her communication with us from booking, arrival, during our stay and checkout. The condo had everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation with our family. We highly recommend this property!!

Ground floor unit with parking at the door. The kitchen was fully stocked w/everything & anything you could possibly need. Lots of little extras not required but very much appreciated. Updated appliances all in working order. Beach towels and beach wagon provided which was huge plus for our group. The resort provides beach chairs also a big plus. Jen has thought of everything and is quick to respond. She is A+ in our minds. Highly recommend unit 71 w this host!

This is the best place to stay!! This is our 2nd year and just like the first it was great!! Jen us wonderful to work with and so accommodating!! The condo is fully furnished with about anything you might need…the only thing it was missing this year was the Christmas tree. We will definitely be back for Christmas Vacation 2023!! 🎄🎅🏼

Stay here… Just trust me! Just finished a wonderful vacation at Jen’s rental. Where do I begin… First of all this place is exactly as advertised. I would actually say even better than advertised. My husband and I were joking that we could literally not find one single thing that wasn’t thought of in this unit. It is so well stocked and the cleanliness is the best of any rental I’ve ever stayed at.We were blessed to have wonderful weather our entire visit and enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. You will not find a better beach. We actually went around to other beaches to check them out and just ended up back at our own because it was so awesome. Jen was an excellent host and readily available to answer questions and offer suggestions. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location close to trolley , quick walk to beach. Nice large pool (3 of them) The beds were so comfortable. The unit was also well stocked making the stay even better. Plenty of cookware, plenty of towels , we even had pool noodles. If the opportunity comes again I would definitely stay again.

The property is close and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It has three heated pools (although one was out of commission during our stay) if it's too cool for the beach. The unit we stayed in was great! There were many conveniences available that I have not experienced in other rentals, including food storage items, condiments, seasonings, and quality tissues and toilet paper (not the cheap sandpaper stuff). Jennifer made our stay a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to rent with her again.

Easy communication and a place with everything you may need for fun in the sun and sea ...including lots of towels!

We loved this unit. It was clean, beautiful and had everything at one location. The owners are great, Jennifer is super responsive and helpful. It was a last minute booking because of the wifi being down at another place we booked and I had to work while on our trip. Jennifer assured me that the wifi was back and she was right. We didn't have any issues while we were there and we absolutely would love to rent here again the next time we're in Siesta Keys.

From beginning to end everything was wonderful! Jennifer has thought of everything!

Was wonderful to relax! Thank you for allowing Monday to Monday during this off season request. September was a little more rainy than anticipated but explored the area when it rained.

Everything you would need for a weeks stay was there in the unit. Paper goods, condiments, coffee pods, kitchen equipment, towels, beach equipment. The unit was super clean and you feel very comfortable being there. Jen was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

This condo was beautiful. It is tastefully decorated and extremely well stocked. They offered amenities that most places make you purchase. They had activities to do. The only downside was the complex locks the pool up so earl (in our opinion) but no fault of the owners. We really enjoyed our stay. The communication was wonderful.

This was our first time to Siesta Key. We really enjoyed ourselves. The unit/complex provided items for the beach and other stuff so that we did not have to bring them. The unit was clean and spacious. We didn’t make it to the pools because we love the beach but we did walk around the grounds. The landscaping was awesome. We would definitely come back again!

The villa was very clean and updated. All the little extras (the wagon, cooler, beach towels, umbrellas and chairs, stocked pantry and condiments, paper products) exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!

And we loved having a pool so close. We really did not want for anything. And Jen could not have been a better host. Great communication and even got us in early.
