The condo was large and has lots of potential but the flooring is disgusting and the unit holds a lot of moisture because of the AC unit. Because of these two things combined with the normal beach wet that guests bring, there is a strong smell. Sort of like mildew like. The bathtub is disgusting as well with molded caulk and trim. The place had not been dusted in a month or more because is covered the walls and ceiling fans. It was cheap and it served the purpose for the two nights we needed before we went to Destin for the week but there is no way I would stay there for a week. Owners should really do something about the flooring and moisture. It’s really unhealthy.

I called to report things wrong during our stay and noone cane to fix anything. Pots and pans are horrible they stick like crazy. Fridge ice part doesnt work. Dryer vent kept catching clothes and it torn 2 bathing suit which one cant be fixed. Light in kitchen wasnt working. I rather stay at sea wind they atleast fix what wrong. And no instructions to anything about checking in. We did however later that night see a binder with some info but it needs to be updated and done better. And it would be great if they had told us codes to get in out of beach and pool. Found them later on fridge. And one of the covers in the bunk room was missing so if u stay here better bring a twin blanket with you.

Everything was broke, the refrigerator leaks water from under it, the dryer is broke so if you don’t watch when you’re drying your clothes they get hung and wrap up. We even had 2 bathing suit tops we had to throw away because we was unaware of the issue and they got wrapped up so much they snapped. The screen was broke, there’s mold covering the washer, mold in the bathroom, the screen was busted to the patio door, the toilet paper holder has been ripped off the wall, the couch and cushions to outside furniture was dirty. I called and was told someone would call me back and they never did.

The location was great. Perfect for us and our kids. We ran into a few issues. There was some kind of leak that left water in the floor of the kitchen and hallway our entire trip. One of the beds in the loft was left with no blankets for the kids so we had to buy them some to use during our stay. Other then a few minor things we had a great time and really enjoyed our mini vacation.

Our stay was a great experience! Hosts are responsive and helpful, condo is equipped with everything we needed, and it was a great location. Highly recommend!

Great location right upfront on the beach great pool, never a noise problem but Only gave this a 2 star because there was several things that didn’t work. the top room with bunk beds lights didn’t work only the fan and the air didn’t hardly work up there. They had a box fan and a stand up fan even then the stand up fan didnt work and the beds where so uncomfortable. Can tell who ever came to clean it didn’t really care too. There was what seemed like purple lipstick smudged on the bunk beds and dirty hand prints on the walls, Dirty used Undear wear on the balcony and the first bathroom drain wasn’t working right so when I pulled up the drain plug after Took a couple pools I was finally able to get it out and it was matted with nothing but nasty hair and mold. And then our garbage disposal to the kitchen sink got backed up on both sides of the sink and then it backed up into the dishwasher and water was going everywhere called for maintenance and it took them close to an hour before they got there and by then we were able to get the situation under control and fixed. Also the parking spots down there were super tight that every time we have to park I’d have to have my husband get out and grab our 10-year-old son out of the car seat since they were on the right hand side of the car so I could be able to park close enough to the wall so the vehicle beside me we’re not hit we’re doing my car. There were several stains on the bedsheets and a few pillows and then the icemaker on the fridge did not work. The sliding back class door hardly worked on opening and closing you had to forcefully open it or forcefully close it down towards the bottom of the door

Condo was not cleaned prior to our check in. Dust, sand and trash in the condo. Vacuum was full of dirt and sand. Trash in a cabinet. Tons of things that had been listed in the reviews that needed fixed or updated are still not done. Deck couch cushions were just thrown around. Pack in play was half on the deck and half in the closet. Chairs for the beach are rusted. Umbrella had pieces everywhere, not even sure if all were there. I was asked about the cleanliness when I checked in and I rated it low and was told someone local would be contacting me and never was contacted. Highly disappointed in this condo. Great location but needs serious work. Mold in an ac vent in the kitchen. Dryer was full of lint and sand. Had to vacuum it out so our clothes would dry. Washer had mold on the ring. Parking is awful. My vehicle barely fit in the spot. No visitor spots available.

Smell was horrible. Master bathroom sink and tub stopped up. Repair guy came and could not fix. I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to plunge (of my vacation). Plumber shows up at 9:30pm. There should be some kind of refund. $500.00 a night. I have stayed in cleaner Motel 6’s

Much smaller than the picture made it appear but it did fit everyone like it said. A lot of things were broken, maintenance did fix some of the things while we were there. Not a lot of parking.

Overall, the location of the condo and the balcony on it was great. Close to the beach and balcony was so comfy and relaxing at night. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Our small car barely fit in the parking space- we had to pull out to get people in. The dryer literally shredded 5 pieces of my clothing- Vacasa said they are gonna make it right tho. There was no working bath tub, I had small kids so it was hard for them to shower. There needs to be a broom to sweep during the stay too. We felt bad leaving the place half a disaster for the cleaning people but with no cleaning tools, we had no option. Also, do not factor the bottom full size bunk into the bed options. It is basically metal springs with a sheet over it. Also, the upstairs area is very outdated. The bottom half is fine. I would definitely stay here again but I know what to prepare for now.

When we first got thier the house was clean and nice it says its for 12 people but we were very crouded.The bathroom in the hall way had the water knob broken also 1 of the sofa beds is broken we pulled it and instead of sleeping straight the mattress is downward. I feel housekeeping should report everything so the next person dont have to get anything broken. The kitchen blinds has a dollargeneral bag to block from people seeing inside. The couple of pans are scratch which made it so hard to cook. Also the ac upstairs dont work which they have extra fans for it. Thiers extra pillows but no extra blankets. They have beach chairs and umbrella which was cool. House was clean and nice but has alot of issues going on. Double check before you book.

Needs to be updated and needs more things to cook with in the kitchen, the sliding glass door needs to be fixed , the bunk bed was falling apart! But we enjoyed our stay and had a great time

We had a great trip. The location fit us all (12) and it was close to the beach!

Pictures online looked like they were several years old when I arrived. Paint was in need of touch up/ repainting. Sofa bed was broken. Sliding glass door was broken. Water damage to ceiling in kitchen. Beds are probably 20 years old. No extra blankets. Blinds in upstairs and spare downstairs bedrooms were broken. Laminate and carpet flooring in disrepair. Overall a nice condo but in desperate need of updating and many small repairs.

The location was great, the people were great, we got to check in early which was fantastic bc it was storming something awful.
The condo is not up to date on pictures. It was dirty. There was vomit all over the lanai that we had to clean up. And there was only 1 roll of TP left for 12 people. We had to go get supplies just to go to the bathroom. The patio door is broken and extremely hard to get in and out of and the beach chairs are all rusted and broken and actually cut my daughters arm open and had to get stitches. Luckily we are a group of nurses. Love Gulf Shores. Was not impressed with this condo.

I was very displeased with our recent stay. The listing shows this as a beachfront property giving the impression that it has a view of the beach from the property we will be staying in. Actually, only a select number of apartments have a beach view. our view was a parking lot.
The property needs updates. The carpet is saturated with sand from the beach and has a mildew odor. We had to take Claritin and two asthmatics had to use their inhalers during the stay.
The chairs at the dining room table are a safety hazard. The legs are very loose and would have caused a great fall if we were not cautious and realized they were unstable.
The beach chairs/supplies advertised on the porch are completely rusted through. They cannot be used. We did have a minor incident where my husband was scratched by one of the rusty chairs, but thankfully his tetanus shot is up to date.
The parking area is a nightmare. I understand that two spots are available (with a fee for the 2nd). However it was nearly impossible to fit our vehicles in any of the spots. The spot that came with our stay has an airconditioning unit taking up 1/4 of the space. We had to pay to keep our vehicle off site and walk almost a mile back to the apartment.
We made the most of our stay with the outdoor activities and tried to keep a positive attitude, however the end result is that this listing did not reflect the cost we paid.

When looking for a dropped item by the couch on the balcony, found a rusty kitchen knife that could have been a bad situation if a small child had found it. Shade to kitchen was broke and had to use a Walmart sack to block the view from the public hallway. Sliding door to balcony was very difficult to open & close. Toilet paper holder in master bathroom was broken. Closet door just propped up, not on tracks. Kitchen chair with wobbly legs. No beach towels but indicated on internet that beach towels were supplied. No linens for hide a bed or ottoman beds. Listing does not inform to bring linens. No broom or dust pan. Condo was not cleaned good, pillows on couch were dirty.

We had a great time and the condo was nice although it did need a few “fixes”. The patio door was hard to open & close, the stove top was cracked, the closet doors were broken or missing, the vacuum cleaners didn’t work and the broom handle was broken in half. The ironing board was broken. There were plenty of towels but no wash rags. There needs to be towel rods in the bathroom and maybe some hooks by the front door to hang wet towels on

There are some broken things in the condo like other people have mentioned (The glass top stove has a crack in it, a closet door in one of the bedrooms is broken, as well as the door by the laundry area… My kids also found a piece of trim or some thing under one of the beds that I stuck up on a shelf because it had nails sticking out of it), but nothing major and It didn’t cause us any problems with our stay. We have a 15 passenger E350, and so we knew we most likely wouldn’t fit in our parking spot anyways. At this time of year, we had no problem parking right outside of the condo. It was great to be able to just walk out to the beach, and my husband had a great time fishing out there almost every day and caught lots of whiting. Although you don’t have direct views of the ocean, the condo is high enough that you can see it from the porch and the bedroom, and the porch is private… I couldn’t tell that from the pictures, so I thought I would mention it in case anyone is wondering. It has plentiful furniture out there, as well as beach toys, umbrellas, and beach chairs. There was a sweet older gentleman who must be one of the owners because he would walk his dog And he was very kind. On our last night there, we did end up with having some disruptive people out side of one of the bedroom windows that faces towards the shared hallway extremely early in the morning. My older girls were sleeping in the room, and it caused them to wake up and wonder what on earth was happening… The people were loud enough and being around right outside of there for quite a while, and in the morning there was a used joint on the window sill. Obviously not the condo owners fault, and we didn’t have any other problems with disruptive people the rest of the time. Also, it was really handy for my husband to be able to walk across the street to get his bait for fishing every day.
