Good location, very near to metro. Organized room with everything you need in a small spce. Goood breakfast, felt like home-made. Can store lugguage here before check-in.

Great services and nice location!

The breakfast was yummy, really good. The location is very near the train station, family mart, and restaurants. The hotel has very clean rooms. All in all, very good hotel and will book again.

The bathroom is quite small but it was ok for me, but for bigger/taller people, it will be cramped/tight for them.

Breakfast options were great and offered everyday. The Service was great. Fresh towels were nice constantly. It's definitely not a place to lounge around in your room.

Television programing is not free. Rooms aren't the biggest but if your there only to sleep its perfect.

Staff friendliness, breakfast included and large rooms.

Staff are very kind and helpful and it's very close to Dotenbori and Shinsaibashi. Breakfast is free, some days its great and other days it is so-so but still appreciated none the less. There is coin laundry available as well. The price is very good, and with a Toyoko Inn membership, it's even better.

The room is quite small which is understandable given the price point, but the bathroom was quite difficult to use given how small it is and the mattress was so hard I woke up with a stiff and sore back.
