It was close to the beach

It was dirty, lacked security (codes were the same for both cottages and were not changed between stays)

Location was good

Upon arrival house was dirty. Was told we had to wait until 4:00 to check in because of the cleaning lady who didn't clean! Used soap and hair all in the shower light fixture in bedroom falling off the ceiling just dirty.

The location of this cottage could not have been better - a quick easy walk to just about everything. I had read in other reviews that the beds were not comfortable, but honestly, they were not that bad at all. The place was smaller than it seemed in the pictures - but, we were 6 adults, and 2 dogs - but over all, it was a great little place!! I would for sure recommend this place to someone who is not looking for something that is fancy, but has a great location.

The overall cleanliness was good, but the top of the fridge was covered in what seemed to be mouse droppings - which was gross. There was an empty bottle and hair tie from the prior guests left behind. One small thing that would make a nice difference - a new set of pots/pans - for less than $50, a decent set would be a small touch that made a difference - just my 2 cents!

Perfect location. Never had to take my car out.

The shower is small. But hey, it’s the beach.

It was quiet and clean when we arrived which was nice. The outdoor shower for sand is also nice.

The beds were very hard, linens weren't included due to covid, and they only left one roll of toilet paper for the week so we had to buy our own.

Very close walk to the beach!
