The location was great and the host that contacted us (Greg) provided us all information needed, was quick to respond to our questions and was very friendly. The room size was great for our small family. The king bed was very comfortable.

The king bed was very comfortable, but the futon...not so much. It's not easy to lay flat and put back up and the cushion is very stiff. When we arrived, there were several cockroaches in the room. There was one under the front of the futon, one by the trashcan in the kitchen and one behind the nightstand. Also, the floor was very dirty. We took our shoes off upon walking in, which we also do at home as well. Just from walking around unpacking on day one...our feet were filthy. We had to end up wearing flip-flops inside after bathing because if not we had to wash our feet again before getting in bed. Overall, the place was a good size and in a great location, but definitely needs to be cleaned before each visitor. Even if just a quick sweep and mopping. I hope this information helps because it really is a cute room.

Everything was great - easy peasy. The door code was emailed to us and there was consistently great and timely communication from Evolve manager.

The kitchen could definitely upgrade its silverware - there were miniature camping forks/spoons, etc. Kinda cheasy. Felt like they were for children. A cook plate with burners would be a great addition as well so someone could boil water to make pasta or boil eggs for example.

the property was really nice and was conveniently located to what we needed. The dryer didn't get hot, the iron leaked water and the hot tub didn't go over 94 degrees and only had one jet working!

The location was awesome and love the open floor plan. Also less than a minute walk to the beach. The hottub is huge and lots of beach items which is convenient for people traveling by plane!
