The hot tub and the fact everyone had their own bathroom
The gravel road leading up to the property was very narrow, and the garage was full of stuff cause there doing renovations

I liked the seclusion and how beautiful the property was.
The hot tub was NOT working, I paid MORE for this cabin to have a hot tub, I never received any compensation for this missing amenity. I firmly believe they knew about it, because upon arrival, the breaker box was left open and it looked like someone was messing with it. they could’ve simply given us a credit upfront at the beginning of our trip. We were right next to the smoky mountains and were looking forward to this after long days of hiking. Extremely dissatisfied with the complete lack of resolution. Evolve is a joke as far as customer service goes… they responded so quickly when I wanted to book an extra night but now when it comes to resolving my issue absolutely no response other than send pics of broken hot tub. (I did that while I was still there)

We liked the remote place where it was.Owners were very nice and accomodating
Hard to get to. Gravel road was a little treacherous.
Had to drive to end of road where it was located.

The location was close to the Nantahala Outdoor Center, Bryson City and also the Smokies. Easily accessible and a wonderful home with private bathrooms for everyone. Great screened in back porch and rockers out front with a beautiful mountain view. Pool table and a hot tub and also a fire pit for fun in the evening after hiking. Definitely recommend this house! We had a great stay.

Great location, very nice place, clean, great kitchen.
Maintenance- too much chlorine in the hot tub so we couldn’t use it, garage remote was not working, at least 10 light bulbs need to be replaced, one tap is falling apart and the A/C motor is making very noisy when you seat on the great screen porch. For this price I expected more.

Cleanliness and location
Mattresses and all linens in desperate need to be replaced. Threadbare towels, and too few provided. No blankets

Easy access to the cabin, great location, beautiful scenery and places to visit. Hubby and I enjoyed playing pool after dinner each night.
