Cleanliness of bedsheets and private pool

Loved that we could have our breakfast brought to our villa every morning at whatever time we chose. The villa was perfect and having our own private pool was amazing. The staff were lovely and so polite. Loved our stay here :)

Location wise it was still a bit of a walk to the main destinations we wanted to visit so we opted for a taxi most days and the traffic isn’t the best. But none of this is the villas fault of course :)

This is our second stay at La Numa. The staff once again made our stay enjoyable and pleasant. What made this more special was they each remembered us from our previous stay in Sep 23. It’s close to everything! Markets, Cafe’s, Beaches, Variety of restaurants to choose from or you can stay in your Villa and enjoy the private pool, space and serenity! We absolutely love staying at La Numa and will be staying again.

A lot of noises the cleaning staff wasn’t professional and have issue with changing towels and power keep shutting down

The Location

The communication. On our last night on our stay we ordered dinner, we waited a long time and we decided to call to follow up. When we called we found out it was a further delay. Then we received a call few minutes later advising what we ordered had run out. I then decided to speak to them in person and question why I wasn’t advised of this immediately as by now we were absolutely starving. One person apologised, the rest were whispering amongst themselves and not acknowledging how frustrating that was.

It could’ve been cleaned a bit better but overall it was so nice that you wouldn’t notice

Private pool

Die Lage der Villen ist super, die Zimmer sind geräumig und der Pool sehr schön und sauber.

Wir hatten sehr viele Ameisen im Zimmer, eine Mikrowelle, aber kein Besteck und im Bad waren überall Kalkablagerungen. Grundsätzlich wurden die Villen sehr schön hergerichtet aber dann wohl etwas vernachlässigt.

I loved that I got my own space. It was like a little home and everything that I needed was there. Me & my husband were out quite a lot, exploring, but it was nice when we came back to our own pool and could chill before we went out again. It’s close to the beach and easy to get around from here (as it’s one of the main streets) I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a truly beautiful property, very new, excellent and expensive furnishings, good location. Pool in villa looked clean. Breakfast is good. You can tell they have spent a lot of effort designing and building the rooms, but the excellence stops there.

You will not sleep at all. There will be a large flock of savanna nightjars that SCREAM from 11PM to 530AM non stop. I truly suggest you listen to their call and see if you can bear with it for six hours per night. There is truly an incredible amount of mosquitos even compared to other villas. The staff try to be helpful but struggle to understand English, often replying “I don’t know” to most requests. I understand that this is part of the natural habitat, but the lack of effort and lack of communication is what irks me.

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit toller Ausstattung.

Die Lage ist leider nicht so schön, denn die Villa befindet sich in einem Hinterhof. Zudem entstehen hier gerade weitere Villen, weshalb ab früh morgens schon sehr laut ist.

Ubicación al lado de la eco beach. Nos hicieron el favor de prepararnos antes el desayuno porque teníamos que ir al aeropuerto.

Falta mantenimiento y limpieza de la villa. Los muebles de la piscina sucios, la piscina con los bordes interiores llenos de moo/suciedad. Por el precio tendrían que cuidar estas cosas.

Awesome location close to beach clubs and restaurants, friendly staff and excellent service. Felt very safe and secure with a security guard at the gate.

There was a very loud rooster next door which is not the fault of the Villa at all, very good if you want to wake up early for a surf!

The water feature over the pool was really annoying, like someone running a bath.. Construction happening at the moment, but the workers are very good and working quietly .. Staff did forget coffee most mornings.

The staff at Reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in process was easy. I was feeling unwell when we arrived and the Receptionist very kindly called for a local doctor to see me in the villa. She even came and helped me into bed whilst waiting (so very caring). Whatever we needed the staff were able to assist with - travel adaptors, finding transport etc.

Everything really, very quiet despite being right in front of La Brisa club, super close to Echo beach so the down patrol surf was a no brainer. Super clean and confortable, the staff was super friendly. I would definatly consider on my next time in Canggu.

We order dinner once and the food wasn’t amazing, it was good but not as good as other places.

Beautiful staff, very friendly and always more than happy to help out where possible. 10/10 recommend!

Can’t fault the place

We had a fabulous time at La Numa. It was so close to the beach restaurants and beach club and also excellent massage spas. Breakfast was great and the place was quiet despite it being in the ce tre of everything. Helpful and friendly staff.

Pillows were very high and not soft. Breakfast Gould be a little more up market.
