We were in town for a weeklong camp and this was a very nice condo for our family. Plenty of room and the host was extremely responsive. She was easily accessible by text and answered all of our questions within minutes. I went to UGA, but it had been a while since I had been back to Athens. Because of that, I wasn't totally clear about the condo's location. The only negative would be the neighborhood. The property description led us to believe that we could walk downtown. The neighborhood is better than it was in the 1990s, but I still wouldn't feel safe walking from it to downtown - especially with teenagers. Other than that - we enjoyed our stay. It is VERY close to Mama's Boy, which is a huge plus. We went there three times.

Allison was EXTRAORDINARILY helpful when WE made a mistake and lost front door key. So very patient and understanding. Unit was clean, well stocked, and she is very generous with her coffee, condiments, etc. Very convenient to downtown, stadium, etc.

The condo was super cute and comfortable. We found anything we could need for our stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy. The area is typical college town feel. I appreciated the level of communication with the owner. As well as having a lock app on our phones and not needing a key.

Really enjoyed this property and would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was conveniently located and only took 8-10 minutes to get any where I needed to go. It was clean, comfy and homey. Loved having laundry in the unit. I felt safe, which was important to me staying alone 2 nights before my son arrived.

This was a great find for our quick guys trip to the Athens area. It's very close to UGA campus and downtown but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Allison's condo was exactly as described, extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We used the inflatable mattress she offers, and it was as comfortable as another bed. Communication was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Perfect experience. Host replied to all inquiries in a more than timely manner. Cute, cute decor, comfortable beds, outfitted with everything we could need. In suite bathrooms in both upstairs bedrooms made it the ideal set up for my friend and me. Ideal location near UGA campus. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed visiting our daughter while in this unit. Ended up staying in and watching movies much of the weekend it was so cozy and well stocked. New go to place when I visit her.

This property was perfect for a 10 day visit to my Georgia cousins. It is within walking distance to the University of Georgia campus and is close to the beautiful Greenway walking trails. The condo is very clean, comfortable, safe and quiet with a kitchen that has everything for cooking.. Allison is the most gracious host. I willing certainly stay here again if I return to Athens

From the moment we walked in we felt at home! The perfect condo for the UGA enthusiast. Very comfortable and very clean! It had everything you could need for your stay and so much more. Looking forward to our next trip to Athens so we rent this unit again!

We could not have asked for a more perfect location/place to stay. My FFA Career Development Event team had a contest very early the next morning. They were able to spend the night before studying and preparing, comfortably. The next morning they were well rested and did a great job at the contest! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We were able to get downtown and to campus with ease. My family and I will be staying here from now on when we come to Athens! I highly recommend.

Communication with Allison was wonderful from the start. She walked us through everything we needed to know and even brought us a couple items we needed during our stay. I can’t recommend this property highly enough! We will be back!

We had a great experience staying at this location! The host had everything we needed and more! Super close to the stadium and dorms for parents visiting their children. The townhouse has UGA decor, making us feel welcomed and at home while visiting our freshmen. Everything was clean, and the beds were super comfy too!

Allison is an excellent VRBO host. She contacted me in advance of my stay with all of the check in details needed to make the stay seem less. The beds were comfortable and the living room provided lots of comfortable lounge space. The unit was quiet and being an end unit we had lots of privacy. It was a second floor unit with steep stairs which makes it a little difficult for our traveling guest who has problems with stairs. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Great location just minutes from downtown and UGA, very clean and nicely decorated (go Dawgs!). Loved the convenience of all the extras supplied - didn’t have to worry about shampoo, paper products and my favorite- the coffee! Kids enjoyed the pool. Also very clean Would definitely stay again!

Such an adorable UGA themed condo located close to all things Athens! So cozy, comfy and the perfect spot for our little family to visit other family in Athens. This would be a great place for a Game Day weekend! Allison was a wonderful host.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The decor is absolutely precious and everything felt really cozy! You could definitely walk to campus if you'd prefer not to fight game day traffic. Parking was plentiful and I felt very safe staying here as a woman traveling alone with kids. We love Athens and will definitely look into this property again. Our hostess went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

Was in town for UGA soccer camp at Jack Turner Field with daughter. The property was less than 10 minute drive to the fields. It was also very close to the campus and downtown. Quiet neighborhood with end cap unit. Very clean and well kept unit. I enjoyed all of the UGA memorabilia. Go Dogs!
