Room was clean. But not like in pics. Old damaged floor and door. Torn Bedsheet. Blanket not washed

The reception and building from outside looked good, don't get fooled like us. Rooms were Filthy, ants all over, on my bed, pillows, headboard, walls, cockroaches crawling all over, the windowsills had old cigarettes stumps, used blades, thick accumulated dust absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms had thick grime on the walls and tiles. Door was eaten up by dampness and ants. Due to the ants issue we took our refuse downstairs to have then binned, the north Indian attendant threw our package of refuse over the wall, when questioned he got into an argument. Obviously the owner of Hisham does not have refuse disposal. This was shocking. These are prerequisites and plain common sense. Totally disgusted that Booking.com have hotels like these on their website. Screening should be more intense and these places should be visited. Cleanliness and being rude does not have anything to do with price!!!

Comfortable Room Spacious toilet

TV was non functional. No hot water in bathroom, even though it was mentioned as available.
