Ubicado en Champions Gate Resort nueva fase. Las habitaciones constan de 2 habitaciones King (una abajo y una arriba) y dos habitaciones con una cama doble y dos camas cada una. Comunidad rodeada de campos de golf, canchas de tenis. Clubhouse Resort con excelentes comodidades, dos piscinas que incluyen un río lento, restaurante, gimnasio, centro de negocios, sala de juegos, cine y más.

Stayed for a convention held at the OMNI hotel. The space was perfect for what we needed. The pool was very clean, the rooms well proportioned, and the whole property was very clean. The only hiccup was the initial check in at the gate; the line took almost an hour! That is likely not within the control of the property owner or manager.

We booked through VRBO and we given a lock box number for a key to get in. Someone else booked through (can’t say their name but a direct competitor or Vrbo) and got the door code to the electronic lock. So as we are watching tv and my wife is in the shower, in come strangers scaring the life out of my kids. When I contacted Deconova homes, the lady was more concerned about the f bomb I dropped than the security issue we had.
This aside, the place was dirty. Walls were all beat up and carpets were nasty. The listing is advertised with heated pool and grill, but in order to hear the pool or use the grill you have to pay extra! Save yourself the headache and don’t book a deconova rental!

We had a great stay at this property. We had a little bit of trouble getting in on the first day but the property manager answered our call right away and we were able to get in shortly. There was a lot of space and a great location near Disney.

One thing we didn't realize was how far we were to The Oasis Club House, use of pool facilities included in the stay. We didn't realize that we would have to load up and drive there. We had also packed small snacks for the little kids and upon arriving to the club house were informed we couldn't take anything into the pool area. While I acknowledge the fact that they want you to purchase from their bar/snack area, we literally couldn't bring goldfish in for the toddler. I had even went back thru the listing and The Oasis website, these rules were not posted. The young lady at the desk, who I'm sure hears this all day, agreed that it's not well advertised and that their small sign on the front door didn't help much. Just a few things that would have helped us prepare a little better.

I would like to advise the property was not what it promise to be. Arrived & noticed the following issues. No patio cushion on the chairs. Their response to patio cushion was unprofessional, "We ordered cushions but being New Year so close shipping are taking longer than usual, well unfortunately we cannot provide them." That should not have been her response professionally speaking. To resolve the situation temporarily she could of purchase cushions at Walmart or Target in the meantime.
Living Room TV connection cable burned out. Reported it and maintenance concluded TV Burned out.
Pool was not sanitized, found hair tie & hair floating. Gnats in the bathroom. I have video footage of gnats. Took photos damaged items to Deconova Vacation. Trash by the pool fence.
Only provided 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom for 5 days, which logistically ridiculous since we were 5 adults and 3 kids. Only 3 trash bags for 5 days. Property mgmnt response "We only provide that amount of amenities."
Hot water only lasted under 5 minutes, reported it and property management response via text only "water heater not that big, give it 15 minutes to heat up again."
Very disappointed overall, in how this property management operates. Check-out had to be no later 10am, typically its 11am.
