3.75/5 stars. The Dollar Point neighborhood is great. Good location for enjoying Palisades and Alpine. The 3.75 out of 5 has to do with the property. The fridge almost collapsed every time we opened the doors, the hot tub water was murky and didn’t appear clean, single ply toilet paper in the bathrooms, and the bed sheets had a perfume scent. Not trying to come off as pretentious, but at this price point you would hope for better quality.

Great access to town and Palisades. House was comfortable for everyone only drawback the icy driveway and the garage size. Made for very tricky maneuvering

Two issues worth mentioning
Had difficulty getting hot water the entire week. Also critters above ceiling running around from around 5:30 am to 8:00 am or so in second floor bedroom. Lots of birds, chipmunks and squirrels so I'm not surprised.

Great house, great location. very relaxing place to be with a fully equipped kitchen and necessities. Beds and bedding were heavenly, couch was comfortable, over all it was a refreshing place to stay.
Hot Tub- Please note the rental guide in house says to put a scoop of chlorine in the hot tub after use but this hot tub used pellets and has a floater with pellets in it. We weren't entirely sure what to do and added another pellet to the floater. Also, we couldn't get the jets to work to any massaging force. The jets on the side where there was no seat worked great but the ones at the seats didn't do much of anything. Would be nice for some to know prior to entry I imagine.

Good stay but take pictures at checkin
Had a good stay overall…property was clean and as expected. The hot tub was a bit murky so it didn’t look like they changed out the water. Also, we noticed a broken window in one of the rooms, we figured the property knew about it but then they tried to charge us for it. Got into a they said vs we said conversation and had to unfortunately go through my credit card company to get it resolved.

The home was a perfect fit for my friends and I who had stayed for a long weekend! The place had great lake views, hot tub, and location! The driveway was very steep but manageable. I would stay again!

The house was beautiful, well maintained and appointed, and very clean. The location was great also, close to the lake (with views) and also to conveniences, like Safeway and restaurants. The house is also only a short drive away from Lake Tahoe beaches.
We were especially appreciative of how clean the house was and the comfortable beds. Really well done. Also, the kitchen is really well appointed and had everything we needed. My kids also enjoyed all the games provided.
We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway at Lake Tahoe
The house was beautiful, well maintained and appointed, and very clean. The location was great also, close to the lake (with views) and also to conveniences, like Safeway and restaurants. The house is also only a short drive away from Lake Tahoe beaches.
We were especially appreciative of how clean the house was and the comfortable beds. Really well done. Also, the kitchen is really well appointed and had everything we needed. My kids also enjoyed all the games provided.
We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Garbage from bear proof receptacle was not removed before our arrival so we were told after several calls to the property management to put the garbage in the garage. Shouldn't have to happen. Perfect Getaway
We had a fantastic time at the house. The House was beautiful and was perfect for cooking, relaxing, playing games and hanging out. It’s just 5 mins from Tahoe City and 10 mins to Kings Beach where you can access grocery stores, restaurants, lake activities and shops. We will definitely go back!

This house was everything as described and more. Great for our 3 generation family get away . The kitchen was the the best supplied and accommodated of any rental I have been in.
The layout may not be the best for families with babies or toddlers due to the stairs but for us it was great. I hope to return soon.

Our family had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at this home. The views of the lake from almost every room are wonderful. The deck is large and has a very nice gas BBQ. I loved waking up every morning and seeing the sun shining through the trees and glitter on the water.The home is nicely appointed with high-quality amenities. I would definitely recommend and go there again.

Magical Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. The pictures don't do it justice. Also, Dollar Point is THE best place to stay. It was a bit annoying to pay $10 each per day to go to the beach, but it won't stop us from coming back.

Great Ski Trip
The property was clean and included plenty of towels and sheets for all of our guests. Appliances, grill, and cooking utensils were in good condition and easy to use. The hot tub was great and clean.
