Incredible place, just as advertised and then some!!

The place was exactly as described and we absolutely will be back. Everyone on the working produce farm was friendly and helpful. The trails have all the fun for family and friends you could ask for. Easy open trails/dirt roads for atvs, dirt bikes, and the wideness for side x sides. With plenty of wood trails and muddy paths that criss cross throughout the 1000 acres and also 13 miles of specific single track runs. Then literally across the street has 20+ miles of more technical with hill climb/wooded/mud and rut trail best suited for 4x4 quads or sxs. House is great too with its commercial grade kitchen and enough beds to house a family reunion. Cannot recommend this enough if you want to ride your toys and enjoy the outdoors! Looking forward to coming back!!

We wished we had more time here! The ATV trails are awesome, the guys caught fish, I was able to walk with my dog. The house is well supplied although there could be a better can opener as we did do some cooking. Lots of room for everyone, and their vegetable stand had fresh fruit and some plants. We were there too early for fresh veggies from their beautiful gardens. Got to see deer and elk on the trails. The kids are hoping to go back with friends to ride more of the trails. The owner was easy to get in touch with and came right away to fix a small issue. We had a great weekend! Thanks to people who have pet friendly places!!

We had a large camp in the area that was an exceptional place to spend Holidays for a very well travelled family so this place had some big shoes to fill... it didn't let us down. Spacious, comfortable, functional, stocked, cozy, quiet, accessible... truly can't say enough. And Susan and Dennis are excellent and accommodating without being a pain. Could have done with the nine below temps, would have loved to check out the fishes:) ...next time...

This was a wonderful place for our family of 12 that was in the area for a wedding. We arrived a few days early and stayed a couple of days after the wedding. The lodge was beautiful and spacious so we weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pond outside was a hit with the adults and kids for fishing. Ample hot water in the FIVE bathrooms. Great fire pit outback for s’mores. There was even a large buck in the backyard for the kids to see. We would highly recommend.

I rented this to surprise my husband for his 50th. Great trails to ride side by sides. House was beautiful and very well done for events. Owners were extremely accommodating. We will be back!!! It sleeps 18 people #1 is a full and a twin, #2 is a full, #3 is a full and a twin, loft is 3 twins, upstairs bedroom is 7 twins.

Surprise 50th Buggy Bash
I rented this to surprise my husband for his 50th. Great trails to ride side by sides. House was beautiful and very well done for events. Owners were extremely accommodating. We will be back!!! When we first arrived we were concerned with people working in the basement of the home having access to the house. But it turned out being great! Everyone we met was extremely nice and it wasn’t awkward at all.
The house and property were kept very nice and well stocked with everything you might need. There were 7 of us with two dogs and we had more than enough room.
We brought 7 ATVs along and had awesome adventures around the property on the trails kicking up dirt, getting muddy, and viewing the animals!
This is definitely a property we would like to revisit!!

When we first arrived we were concerned with people working in the basement of the home having access to the house. But it turned out being great! Everyone we met was extremely nice and it wasn’t awkward at all.
The house and property were kept very nice and well stocked with everything you might need. There were 7 of us with two dogs and we had more than enough room.
We brought 7 ATVs along and had awesome adventures around the property on the trails kicking up dirt, getting muddy, and viewing the animals!
This is definitely a property we would like to revisit!!

We had a great time! Perfect location for our whole family, 8 adults, and 10 grandchildren ages 4 to 17. The kids enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the pond. This is a great property for families - there is good gathering space both indoors and outdoors. There are three separate bedrooms, each with their own bath on the main floor & the upstairs area has two large sleeping areas (one which is in the loft so not very private) and two full bathrooms. The kitchen area is pretty well supplied - we were a little unsure if panrty items were for our use or not (?) and there were a few items in the fridge that needed to be discarded. The gas stove needs to be serviced to eliminate the order of gas - owner said they were working on it. There are two lovely porches to sit on (a couole of the chairs are broken and should be repaired or discarded). Overall we had a great stay - it was a nice, quiet location and was close to lots of great food options

Our family rented this property for the weekend of our son’s wedding. We hosted the rehearsal dinner in the banquet hall, which seated 48 comfortably and has nearby men’s and ladies bathrooms for banquet hall guests.
The house itself has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the main floor and then upstairs has a loft with 3 twin beds and a large full bathroom, and a room with 7 twin beds and a large full bath. There’s a full kitchen with everything you need. Outside has a pond in front and a large covered porch in back plus a fire pit area. Plenty of space for large groups. We loved it!!

Susan was an extremely attentive and helpful hostess. I would definitely come again. Also the kitchen is amazing and can easily cook for a large group.

Upon arrival the shared parking lot threw us off but once inside we were excited and happy to start our 17 person family vacation. However our first couple hours there a business was being run out of the basement that we weren't informed of!? An even was happening on property that we weren't notified of until 4 days before arrival which has even more traffic around the property which had 6 of our young child around and dogs that would have been nice to have accounted for. Also while out on a family ride the owner came to the property opened the door and let both of our dogs outside one which runaway that we had to find!? We also ran out of water which got resolved but happened because people from the event came to the house to use the hose to rinse their atvs off!! Had all these details been listed about the property we would have never paid or even booked. We made the best of it and the owner acknowledged everything that was wrong wasnt right but didn't offer any refunds or apologies just that our complaints we were right🤨 we made the best of everything but it definitely needs to be listed about business run on property out of the basement your staying at without basement door locks, and that the owners come onto and into property as pleased! Not a terrible place but we probably will not return.

Would love to book again next year
By far one of our best vacations for ATV riding and group relaxation and indoor/outdoor games with kids!! The property is beautiful and the owners were so nice and accommodating! We would love to rent again next year!
