The location
The greeting could have been better, and the front desk clerk seemed bored to do her job. The first room wasn't great, and the bathroom didn't close all the way. The door was dirty. They changed our room right away. In the second room, I had to request toilet paper they left a used roll that had a little bit in it. Our room didn't get clean during our stay. I had to request housekeeping to pick up the garbage and give us clean towels. Breakfast wasn't the best. I will definitely not stay again.

They told us If we stayed longer than a week we would get the room for $139 per night. They didn’t honor it. The breakfast crew closes early and isn’t friendly about it.

The pool area was nice, however there was never enough towels available. Also the employees brought in family members who disrupted playtime with our granddaughter(8 years old) who was travelling with us. The employee family members were loud and jumping and pushing each other into the pool, thus making it impossible for my granddaughter to play in the pool. They also used profanities.
The breakfast items were pretty bad. The coffee was undrinkalble. Choices were limited. We didn't care for much of it. By the time we got the waffles cooked the butter was still cold. When we asked if the butter could be melted in a microwave we were told no. The microwave was not for food.. ?? The employee was quite rude.
As far as front desk employees and the laundry dept ...we had a time keeping towel, hand towels and wash cloths in our room. I had to ask for towels twice a day just to get enough to shower with. We actually used the extra set of sheets provided for our sofa bed to dry off one day.
The sofa bed was impossible to sit on! We were displeased with the hardness of the seats. Since there was 3 of us in the room only one of us at the time could sit in the desk chair.
One of the front desk employees brought this doll in and sat it on the counter. See picture below.

Breakfast was not really good. The fruit was good as well as making your own homemade waffles. The eggs were not seasoned and they were just cooked and thrown in a big serving dish. No flavor or anything.

The room was very clean and a good, comfortable size with a very functional layout. I found the wallpaper relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable. The only suggestion I could possibly make is a handheld shower head and maybe a little more water pressure, but overall, the stay was more than satisfactory, and the staff was very nice!

the staff was accommodating
we had to change rooms 2 due to the rooms being in disarray from curtains falling to the next room the curtain had what appeared to to vomit all over it. the third room was decent enough.

I really liked the room. Could have stayed a month. Bought groceries stocked the cabinets and been right at home for my stay. The layout of the room is fantastic. I'll be staying here for the next conference or other activity we have in the area, and I'll recommend the hotel to others. The organization I chair has a membership of 63 Churches. The event I attended during this stay was District, representing over 200 churches and several schools. More information on discount rates would be appreciated.
A restaurant would have helped.

I love the staff. the property is clean and neat.
Upon check in and getting settled into the room I noticed that the television was not working properly and the drawer under the sink was hanging sideways. I advised the front desk staff and the manager came and fixed all issues.

Room was very comfortable
Bathroom door didn't shut. Crud on the bathroom fan. Very little toilet paper left on roll with no additional rolls in the room. No front desk staff at the desk all 3 times I went down to get more toilet paper. No phone to call other than the lobby phone that didn't roll over to anyone that wasn't at the desk. No soap for the dishwasher. Hair stopping up the shower drain upon arrival that I had to clean myself to get the shower to drain at all.

Loved the fire pit when I went out to smoke. Helped to keep warm while it was cold outside. I have stayed here the last two times for work trip and have been very satisfied both times. The front desk staff were so friendly!!
Could use a firmer pillow. The door under the kitchen sink to the trash can on the top hinge was broke loose from the frame. The door kept wanting to fall sideways. Just set the trash can outside of the door.
