Great location close to lots of places. Good size for one medium to large family. We are family of 4 and had more bedrooms than needed but communal space just right for us. Nothing really in walking distance if you require that (there is a pub, we didn't try it) but plenty less than half hours drive away. A pretty village. Fantastic garden and garden games/ paddling pool/ hot tub. Unfortunately it rained the whole week but in good weather we would have been out there all day and evening. Very helpful host. En suite bath has lovely view. Good WiFi (poor phone reception if that's relevant to you...wasn't to us...)

Everything was to a good standard and we have no complaints. We have stayed in similar standard places for less and although it is very lovely, it isn't really "5 star" or luxury in my opinion if that is what you are after. I don't think it would work for 2 families but for our family of 4 was great as we had a spare bedroom (the adjoining one) and plenty of space to eat/ watch TV etc. The hosts property does overlook the garden a little and is very close. Not a huge issue for us but if you want secluded privacy this is not for you.

Brilliant cottage, well equipped. Garden was great with hot tub and garden games. Welcome basket was a nice touch and host was friendly.

The mattresses on the double beds were too soft, slept fine but sore back each morning.

Property was lovely, was very clean. Lovely touches with the games and outdoor games too (due to weather didn’t use). The hot tub was clean and a great size.

The house it’s self was lovely, everything you could want, including Disney+ etc it is between an eight and 12 minute drive from Glastonbury, there is a pub two doors down, which seemed nice although we did not go in. The beds were extremely comfortable, and all essentials present, we were even given a lovely gift basket full of treats.

two bedrooms are interlocking, no problem if you are close. The owners are on site, the lady is very nice. For us personally it was a bit too close. we didn’t like the fact or see the need for the hot tub levels to be tested everyday, after all it’s just a hot tub and easy to maintain, this was mentioned in the handbook, so this would mean entering when we weren’t there, whether or not it happened I cannot say but if it did, we are very uncomfortable with that, as it just isn’t right. The view that you see in the photographs isn’t actually visible from the garden as that is completely covered with fences and you can’t see anything at all unless you stand up on the wall which was a real shame. These are just personal preferences that we have and to someone else may not be an issue at all, it is literally just down to personal preference, The house is perfect but our personal preference would be somewhere where we just have complete privacy.

Cosy property and clean,the host also gave us recommendations of restaurants take away etc and plenty of games to keep us occupied. We loved our stay.

The only thing I would say it’s next to a noisy busy road but if your not a light sleeper you will be fine.
