Delightful property, great location, spotlessly clean. Host very easy to deal. When back in Bude will definitely book again. Highly recommended.

The apartment is lovely, clean and really comfortable. It’s located in a perfect spot, close walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Dog friendly property and a lovely touch leaving out dog treats, bowls and toys. Sharon is really lovely and welcoming.

A lovely, modern, clean and comfortable apartment, a short walk to Crooklets Beach and the centre of Bude.
A good place to explore all that Bude has to offer.
A small Parking area was available but the lane it is in was quite littered and did attract the sea gulls.

The Studio Apartment is in a great quiet location, just a short walk to the beach and centre of Bude.
We loved the flat, very well lthought out with everything we needed and in excellent condition.
We felt very relaxed and enjoyed all the extra amenities that our host had provided, ( milk, tea, travel pukka tea pack, games, travel info of area, extra channels on tv, pack of toiletries in case, we had forgotten something ).
Had comfortable nights sleep and the shower was excellent. Everyything to help give the guests a great experience and stay.
Nothing ! 'Stones Throw ' was lovely with a friendly helpful Host on hand, close by if we needed anything.

The property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, our host Sharon was very welcoming and helpful and even left toys and treats and blankets for our dogs.

Cosy, comfortable and private. Good Internet and equipped with everything you need, even down to dog treats. Just a short (5 min) walk to Crooklets beach and coastal path over the cliffs.

Very clean, bright and cosy apartment. Couldn't fault the host who gave us a very warm welcome and was more than happy to help with any queries we had. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The location was perfect for us, only a few minutes walk to a lovely cove and the South West Coast Path. The supermarket and town centre were also close by.
As we tend to eat in on an evening, we would have preferred a conventional dining set, however small. The breakfast bar was lovely but the bar stools didn't work for us beyond a quick snack. Less of a problem in summer when we'd probably have eaten out on the patio area and obviously not a problem at all for those who normally eat out anyway.

cosy hideaway within walking distance of town. Listening to the sea whilst in bed.. super comfy bed and wonderful shower. Netflix was a nice bonus. Near to the sea pool so had a swim in the morning.. excellent comms.
I wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was beautiful, so clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay.
The kitchen was fantastic, we cooked a few nights and had all we needed to cook a great meal. The shower room was extremely clean and modern, the water was always hot and very spacious for my 6ft 5in tall husband.
The bed was very comfortable and also spacious. All in all a very nice stay.

The property was lovely, it was very clean and decorated really tastefully. The location was perfect, less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and close to town. The accommodation has everything you need and was very comfortable.

Well-designed and thought through apartment within easy reach of Bude town centre and Crooklets beach. Very clean and all equipment provided incl hairdryer, tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

The location of the property is fantastic very near the beach and all of the facilities you could want. The apartment is a little hideaway. very clean, modern and well equipped. if you book this little gem, you won’t be disappointed.

The photos were exactly how the apartment looked. It was very spacious and knowing Sharon allowed dogs was a bonus as we take our dog everywhere with us!
All appliances were easy to use. Quiet location. Friendly neighbourhood. Lots of different walks and scenery to discover.

immaculately clean, comfortable, modern and just really cosy! loved the breakfast bar and little added touches eg tea pot/cafetière! Loved the shower too!! Great host and location too! Loved that we could bring our dog along with us!

Location is brilliant for Crooklets Beach and an easy walk in to town. The shower was fabulous and the apartment very clean.
