Clean, and well maintained throughout. Good shower and hot water throughout bathroom.

Location was quite a bit away from downtown Boston. No kitchen sink, oven, hob or grill so I was forced to eat out for breakfast as opposed to just waking up and engoying it at the accommodation.

no real litchen, no sink to wash dishes. you need to eat at the restaurant all the time which is not convenient and expensive for a family…

Highly recommend. Spacious, clean apartment with everything we needed as a couple staying for 3 nights. Loved all the thoughtful touches like visitor info with recommendations, coffee, Brita jug, books etc. This place is very well cared for with some quirky elements that we loved.

We had to go searching for more towels - there were only 2 child size ones provided in an obvious place. We found more in q dresser!

I liked the location and the amount of space for the price. Everything we needed was provided such as towels, blankets, paper plates and utensils, shampoo, toothpaste, soap, microwave,toaster, tv, Netflix etc. The place was very clean including the bathroom. They also provided a binder full of tourist info about Boston and a nice collection of books for your reading pleasure. A very private location without any intrusion. The yard and landscaping with flowers was very nice.

The road leading to the accommodation was very rough with potholes and gravel, but our Camry did just fine. The furnishings are dated and there was a little clutter, but I had no issue with that. The railing on the staircase leading to the front door could be higher so you feel safer but it was ok.

Upon walking in to the apartment, you could smell that it was clean. Everything was VERY clean. The furnishings were beautiful. The extra beds we needed were already set up for us. Our host had great customer service, and checked in with us when there was an issue with the property before we arrived. We loved that it had books and games to use while we were there, and brochures for places to eat and things to do. Quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay here, and would definitely stay here again.

This property is beautiful. If I was forced to pick something we didn't like it would be the skylights above the beds didn't have shades. Beautiful view at night, not so nice in the morning :) .

No kitchen sink or stove top -- The TV depended on WI-FI and did not include broadcast TV. We had to depend on things like netflix to be ab;e to watch, but the slow speed of the WI-FI made it difficult. Perhaps we missed something we should have known -- if so, there was no instructions./

Great place, very comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The straight flight of stairs has one odd step that is sketchy at night. Also the pillows were alittle flat.

The house was very clean, comfortable and the pictures are very accurate. The house was central to all of the tours we had booked. The wifi was awesome, as we had 2 college students that had to do zoom classes. I would definitely book again when visiting Boston.

The stairs were hard for me to go up and down (10 weeks post surgery) but we were so busy that I only had to tackle them once a day. They would not stop me from staying in this house.

Very comfortable furniture and bedding, roomy and clean and felt safe in the neighborhood. West Roxbury reataurants were close and excellent. The host was very accomodating and helpful

The accommodations were nice with plenty of room in the bedrooms and living rooms. they had board games and Netflix for evening fun. they also had plenty of basic amenities. we didn’t use the porch but it was nice sized. location is 20mins from downtown Boston which isn’t bad. Great value!!

it’s advertised as 5 beds but there are really only 3. when you get there it says there are 2 blow up beds available. luckily we didn’t need the extra beds but this should be advertised as 3 beds not 5. The road to get to the house is extremely hard to find and in very poor condition. It took me 3 days to figure out the best route and I wouldn’t recommend driving in the dark because you can’t see anything and the road is really really bad. they didn’t have kitchen, sink, or trash container. Again not something we needed but should be noted in the description. there are also stairs that can be troublesome.

The property was clean

the property did not have all the beds that were requested, we had to accommodate ourselves on inflatable mattresses and on the sofa. It also does not have facilities for the handling of disabled people, nowhere in the notice says that many stairs must be climbed, which makes mistakes when choosing them. Nor does it have a real kitchen that allows us to prepare simple things. The owner is aware of the cameras all the time, which makes us feel invaded

Julian, the man you initially talk to was amazing at accommodating price and being understanding when the amount of people was messed up.

Julian has his father run the property, when my family and I arrived I was accused by the father of trying to rip them off over an honest mistake of booking. He said it was my fault I lied and wasn’t understanding it was an honest mistake regardless of how many times my family and I said we would pay extra. He was only nice once it had been confirmed with Julian that we gave extra money. The booking claims to have 5 beds but really only has 3 beds with 2 air mattresses, an extended stay on an air mattress is quite uncomfortable. The father was very intrusive on our stay and it felt like walking on eggshells because he was micro managing how we were staying. Honestly would’ve been more comfortable at a tiny hotel.

The place was clean, comfortable, affordable and in a nice neighborhood. We had plenty of space to spread out for evenings. Compared with other offerings in Boston this was an absolute steal.

It was a little warm on hot days.
