Stayed for a weekend during a work trip and it was perfect for relaxing before another long week. Everything you need for a great stay.

This was our first trip to the Indian Rocks Beach area and we are already looking forward to returning! We loved the "Coral Reef" condo. It was so cozy and had all of the amenities and extras a person could want/need. The check in was seamless & we had a Wal-mart grocery delivery of food the first day and we were set from there. There were 5 of us including a 1, 5, & 7 year old and it was perfect! There was plenty of room, clean, located in a good area, and the sunset from the deck/balcony was BEAutiful!! Amber was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely either stay in this condo or another one of Amber's properties in the future. We are already ready to go back and it has been less than a week! lol The beach was clean, water was clear and beautiful, and we never felt like it was too crowded! You will not be disappointed with this property! =) Thank you, Amber!!

Close to beach, quiet, clean, has everything you need from beach chairs, coolers, beach bags and much more.... ome of the best stocked places I ever stayed in, owner was very supportive and made sure everything was A1 the entire trip from start to finish I will definitely be back.

Family spent a few days at the house and happy with the choice. Beds were super comfy (extra blankets) and awesome night sleep. Showers had great pressure, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. Played games at night, afternoon naps on deck, walked across the street to an amazing Italian restaurant, 2 min walk (walking slow) to beach with beach buggy, umbrella, towels, whatever what was needed. Amazing sunsets! House had everything we needed for a quick (too short) amazing vacation.

We stayed with 3 small children and had absolutely everything to make them happy: beach a few steps away, bunk beds, toys, high chair, colorful plates and utensils, stroller, tv in every room. Our baby broke the Ring plug in and we got locked out- the owner was there in a few min to save our day and provide a solution.

The property was amazing! We were staying for a graduation weekend and Amanda and Tim have left no stone unturnedas far as amenities in the condo. Those with little ones do not need to pack the whole house, it's already there! From sippy cups to swimmy diapers amazing! The condo was immaculate! The only problem with our stay was it was too short. Check was easy and we were able to check in early! Amanda was in contact with any questions we had or concerns. Best experience!!

Communication with owners was outstanding. So helpful with any questions and concerns. Check in super easy and the condo was very clean and well stocked for our family needs. Location was perfect, loved the patio..spent time with breakfast coffee, afternoon books, evening of cards. We had a great trip!

Tim and Amber go above and beyond! They reached out as soon as we booked to see if we needed anything and supplied life vests for the kids. The place is clean and has everything you need and more! They reached out the day of arrival and were able to let us check in a couple hours early. We are very thankful to have stayed there!

From the very beginning, Amber and Tim answered all of our questions and responded very quickly. The condo was perfect! We had our 11 month granddaughter with us and they had everything for her--high chair, pack n play, tons of toys, wagon and umbrella for the beach, utensils, sippy cups, etc. The kitchen has everything you would possibly need. The condo was extremely clean and the patio is awesome with enough room to sit 8 people comfortably.
Bathrooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Great location as well.
We will definitely return!

We loved the attention to detail and the beautiful and comfortable condo. Location was great, steps from the beach. There was a nice view of the water and sunsets and the terrace was wonderfully relaxing. Amber was great. We'd love to come back.

Amber was great and quick to response. They have everything you could think of to take to the beach. Very clean and spacey place. Location was easy access to the beach. Great play to stay for a girls trip or for a family vacation. Amber and Tim were very helpful and informative. Amber answered all our questions from the date we booked and all through our stay.

The property far exceeded our expectations! The walk to the beach was 1 minute and 9 seconds - closer than any hotel. And the weather in November is amazing! We went to Clearwater nightly - so close! The beach house was a great experience!

This property was amazing! It was super clean, location was perfect, balcony was a great bonus, the property had everything we needed, and on top of it all the owner had a few toys for our kids. This 2 bedroom villa was beautifully decorated and so comfortable to stay in it had everything you could possibly need kitchen fully equipped great location to the beach fantastic deck Quiet area and short drive to plenty of things to do. We will be back!

Traveled with 3 toddlers. This place was full of colors they felt at ease staying at this location. The beach was with in walking distance. Trolley service made for a fun adventure for the kids and cheap for the day pass. Highly recommend if you don't want the crowds Clearwater has but within a short distance of Clearwater.

Wonderful for families
We enjoyed a sun filled spring break with our 3 girls at this property. The decor was lovely and the house had everything we needed, including beach toys and a wagon for the one house walk to the beach. The beds are comfortable. We especially loved reading and dancing on the back deck and amazing sunset beach walks. We will return again.

The condo/apartment was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with the owners thinking of every detail that would make your experience easy and comfortable. Our location was convenient for all restaurants and beaches; having several restaurants within walking distance as well. We could literally go out our back door for maybe a one minute walk to the beach. There was a view of the water from our beautiful balcony, partially obstructed, but still could see enough to enjoy it. This place was somewhere I would come back to again and again. Weekend getaway
We had a fantastic visit and stay. The property owner was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond with my requests. Very open and available with communication. I would love to return and would recommend to all my family and friends.

Location and Amenities GREAT!
Beach trips with family (2 adults 5 kids including infant) can be stressful but Amber and Tim take all the stress away! Amenities like a crib, stroller and high chair are life savers when traveling with an infant. Plus a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and beach toys!! We walked to the beach multiple times in our short stay and will definitely be coming back! Oh and they have enough plates, cups, bowls so you won’t find yourself running the dishwasher after every meal either. My husband was blown away by my find with Amber and Tim and we will be back.
