the location and the apartment is good but the personnel just very incorrect

the personnel - the guy from the reception who said that he has a room, we went there and unexpectedly paid twice more for that. if we knew, we would not come AHTUNG!!! Continuation of the situation - they took the money from the card during the stay and once more with the help of booking.com. And after that, when i tried to get back my money from booking.com (booking took the money automatically in three days), the management from the hotel said that the booking did everything correct!!! They are just Fraudsters!!!
