El primer nivel se compone de dos habitaciones con baño compartido. Un dormitorio con una cama queen, el otro amueblado con una cama de matrimonio.
Un nivel más arriba es la sala de estar principal con una sala de estar abierta, comedor y cocina con electrodomésticos nuevos. También en este nivel hay una habitación queen y baño completo. Este nivel también tiene una terraza al aire libre para socializar o relajarse después de un día en la playa.
En el tercer nivel hay dos Master Suites, cada una amueblada con una cama king-size, ambas con baño privado y amplio vestidor. Una suite tiene una bañera de hidromasaje con jacuzzi y terraza privada.
Las habitaciones sexta y séptima están en el cuarto piso y son perfectas para los niños. Uno con 2 camas individuales y el segundo con sofá cama con cama nido y una gran televisión de pantalla plana. También en este nivel hay un futón convertible y ½ baño.
Por encima del cuarto nivel hay una terraza compartida en la azotea con impresionantes vistas del océano y la mayor parte de la región de Wilmington Beach de la isla. Esta plataforma es perfecta para ver salir el sol y ponerse el sol y escuchar las olas rompiendo.

I absolutely loved our stay at this house! Plenty of room for my larger family. Less than a 10 minute walk from the beach.

With enough room for our extended family to spread out, we buoyed our annual beach trip. The rooftop deck was an added bonus and was able to see the Carolina beach fireworks on Thursday night (and no scary booms for the small children)!

Easy access and clean comfortable home.

Property is very nice and clean. Carpet and appliances seemed pretty new. Parking can be tight, especially if adjoining house is occupied. We were able to park 4 cars without issue. There were 15 of us and we were able to spread out nicely or come together to hang out. No "green space" outside. Steps are steep, in case anyone has difficulty in that area. Crows nest on the roof has great views. Had a great time!

Family Summer Vacay Ages 5-72
Property is very nice and clean. Carpet and appliances seemed pretty new. Parking can be tight, especially if adjoining house is occupied. We were able to park 4 cars without issue. There were 15 of us and we were able to spread out nicely or come together to hang out. No "green space" outside. Steps are steep, in case anyone has difficulty in that area. Crows nest on the roof has great views. Had a great time!

The location and house were great for 8 adults. Due to the shotgun style of the house, the living room and kitchen are a little cramped if all 8 people try to use the living room or kitchen at the same time. Other than that, the house was very spacious and allowed for privacy amongst the guests.
Re: COVID safety and health. This property was great in terms of cleanliness. When you enter, the sheets and towels were packaged in plastic wrap so you need to put your own sheets on the bed. I loved this as we felt that our health and safety was prioritized along with the workers who clean our linens and the house. After the stay, you put the used linens into yellow bags for pick up for the workers to minimize contact with used linens.
It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and the views from the top of the house are amazing, unobstructed 360 degree views.

The house was beautiful and all our guests slept comfortably. The only issue was one of the upstairs showers was clogged with hair and sand when we first arrived. Made me wonder if the shower was cleaned before we arrived because I'm sure they would have noticed it not draining.
