I especially liked the breakfast. It was mainly Japanese dish but was a good value. Miso soup was excellent.
Kind of nowhere to go nearby. But a quite place to take some rest and enjoy Mount Fuji view.

Wifi speeds was from none to 10MPBS, you can do nothing with speeds. Contacted the front desk only to be told to "try again" the same and only wifi signal which didn't work.

The hotel room and the amenities provided. it also got pretty decent side public bath to enjoy plus pretty decent breakfast.
The location. This hotel is way too far from JR line station. it took me 30 to 35 mins walk to get to the hotel. With bus, it is about 15 mins walk. If you are riding Shinkansen, this place is also 15 mins walk. the silver lining, this place is close to supermarket and food.

The public bath is a must. We enjoyed it after a long day, and it was refreshing to be able to rest in them. Be sure to know the etiquette!
The food was very broad, focused more on the eastern side, but still very good!
Most of the issues that came with the hotel were due to the weather, as we got some big rain, and since it was in the beginning of the golden week, the restaurant inside was closed, which was unfortunate.
Most of the restaurants are at least 250m, so that was bothersome.
Again, I wouldn't condemn the hotel for that, but it was unfortunate.
Lastly, the pillows are weird: we got a half-soft, half-hard pillows, which gave me some neck-aches in the beginning of the day.

this isn’t a business hotel! the quality is very good! everything clean. and the service is very good! free drink coffe bar was great! also the price is reasonable! me and my wife enjoy a lot the onsen at first floor .

The area is not a place you want to walk around much. Very much a hotel to break up a drive.
