Stylish and comfortable and perfect location. Near to family and also to town/Saltburn Beach which is about 5 mins drive or 10-15 mins walking distance. Easy drive to other beauty spots/beaches.
Lots of facilities to make our stay comfortable. We didn't make use of the games in the living room but would have done if we hadn't nearby family to visit. Also the garden space is great but we didn't have the weather or the time to make use of it. There is a railway track next to the house but hardly any trains passed and they are goods trains so not many. Was a novelty to see one pass when we did see one!
Amazing welcome basket was there on arrival which was really appreciated, so thank you, along with a supply of tea and milk and other bits in the cupboards. Definitely would rebook if we need more space (usually only two of us visit Saltburn to my mum) and need three bedrooms.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like. If we had to say something, maybe the bedroom at the other side of the kitchen was a little chilly but there is an extra heater in there to combat that and it wasn't an issue.

very conveinent location for lots of places to visit. the facilities at the bungalow exceeded our expectations.some great places to eat locally.

Lovely bungalow really well equipped. Away from the hustle and bustle of the jewel streets but only 10-15 walk down to the town centre and/or top promenade.
One of the best rentals we have stayed in. Lots of little extras including welcome pack of goodies and coffee pods for machine. Little sun room had stuff for dogs and children, opening to suntrap decking. Lower garden was another suntrap, and enclosed so great for our little dog
Bungalow itself was superb, really well modernised kitchen, and nice quiet location with off road parking.
Heartily recommend for a week in this lovely resort, will be back
Owner had to pop in at short notice to for wi fi issue, Very friendly even went to trouble to source a new router to fix prob

Each room was tastefully decorated and provided great facilities. It was clean and well maintained. The children loved playing in The garden also.
It’s difficult to write anything negative given it is such a nice place and the only thing I can suggest is that the eating area needs sufficient seating /table for 6 guests given it sleeps this many. It wasn’t a problem so much, we just sorted the kids then the adults sat down to eat but perhaps a pull out would work. The doors jammed a little also. That said, I would recommend and would also stay again here.

The house was perfect, it was stylishly put together and had lots of extra touches.
Nothing- personally the bed was too soft for my back, others would love it!

Very clean and tidy. Good facilities and excellent location.
Only one hand towel provided for five adults and one child. Only one toilet roll and half kitchen roll provided.

Location perfect for our purposes. Decent shower. Clean and tidy, it was useful to have tea/coffee/sugar in kitchen. Nice neutral decor - the owners had been very thoughtful in terms of equipment left in the property. We stayed at New Year and a Christmas tree was up, wreath on the door and a welcome pack of treats on the kitchen table. Very nicely done.
An extractor fan would have been useful in the bathroom. Not a problem for a visitor, but for the owner it would preserve the bathroom and avoid damp.

Immaculately clean and very cosy. lovely touch having lights and fire on ready when we arrived. plus Christmas tree lit 😀
the 2nd double bedroom was a little cold through the night. could maybe do with an extra fan heater just a thought

Beautifully decorated throughout and everything you would need was supplied. Lovely welcome pack and even treats for the dog. Great location and easy to get to local amenities and not too far from the beach.

The accommodation was excellent and attention to detail was very evident and appreciated. The property was spotless. The location was ideal. Close to town and beach. The parking was very much appreciated as we could leave our car and walk locally. Would highly recommend.

Location good. In quiet residential area but not far from promenade. Chippy and spar shop within 5 minutes walk which was great. Garden nice . Comfortable beds. Well equipped with crockery etc. Nice toys and dvds for children.
A little short of space for 6 people, esp in lounge with armchairs only for 4! Kitchen space a little cramped. Garden was lovely but needed some attention, e.g. weeding and cutting back plants on paths. A brush would of been useful for clearing paths and patio of leaves and moss. One garden chair broken.

Could not fault it if I tried. Well laid out, spacious, clean, bright! Wonderful welcome note and treats. The beach was clean and Sandy. We enjoyed the waves too

We liked everything! The decorations, very well equipped. Very comfy beds and great shower and nice towels. We didn't even realise to start with that all the garden was ours!
One small thing, we ran out of toilet roll so be good to supply more than one spare.

Amazing location and property, everything you could possibly need and more. Garden totally secure for our two labradors who also loved there time there.
A very appreciated welcome pack left for us which included prosseco, croissants chocolate, milk, snacks and much more...
Welcome pack for the dogs also with biscuits, treats, toys, blankets and much more....
We didn't have children in our party but if we had they would also have been very well catered for with toys, games, bucket & spades and more....
Overall there is not a single thing we would change and have no hesitation in recommending Williw View.
We will be booking again to stay in November when next visiting family in the North.
