Friendly staff.

So I got there earlier than ny check in time thats around 4:30am because my plane arrived early.I explained my situation The receptionist on duty wouldn't even allow me wait in the waiting area until the check in time. He later offered me to join him in one of the room since I looked tired.i agreed and this man was actually asking me to sleep with him,when I refused he asked me out.and also refused me waiting in the couch. I have to pick a taxi back to the airport to go and wait there. It was very risky around 4:40am Indian time. Looking at the fact that I'm a visitor and don't know anyone around.He calls himself Tiger. Hmmmmmmmm.i felt really bad and scared. Aside that the other two persons I met were very nice.

Great location, just a few steps away from the metro station which has a good link to Mumbai CSMT, also very close to the airport. The hotel is in a very busy area, however, it’s down a side street, so once inside it’s peaceful and quiet. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was large and comfortable, we slept very well. Good air con, good WiFi. The staff were fantastic, professional, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Raj,Mohamed Samsada ( apologies if I’ve spelt that incorrectly) ,Rafiq, and Ashfak for making our stay an enjoyable experience. We will definitely stay again when we next visit Mumbai.

Nothing to dislike

Hotel is adjacent to Sakinaka Metro with good connectivity. Everything is available within walkable distance. Rooms are so cleanly maintained. Ashfak and Raj at the reception are very good in receiving the guests and available at anytime on a call.

This is a small hotel with limited facilities but within a short 5 minute drive to the international airport. If you are arriving late, leaving early and are looking for a hot shower, it will suffice.

Not much point including breakfast in the rate. On arrival we were informed breakfast was at 0900; that aside, there was no sign of a dining room or kitchen.

The management was great especially Ashfak. Very helpful and honest

Proximity to airport (12 mins in Uber) and very low price. Helpful, friendly staff. Basic but clean. I felt safe, bed comfortable enough and the slept well with earplugs. Fine for just a night or two.

The area is busy, noisy and dirty. The shower didn’t get hot and was just a dribble of water. It’s ok for Indian standards but Westerners might find it a little bit rough.

The staff was providing a exceptional service and specially the reception guy Raj was over welcoming me as a Sri Lankan. I would recommend this place for a short stay,Since it's a commercial area.

English speaking staff need to be hired.
