The electricity is metered. Never been told about it (wouldn't have booked it). On arrival, in welcome folder stated we have to buy and top it up. Enquired from owner who said - we will pay for it (I paid £500 for a week, charged £70 on arrival - only now to be expected to pay for electricity too?). Arrived at 7pm, went o bed at 11pm - meter Total wa £17, through the first evening a £1 went down. Simple maths told me it will be a lot more than £17 to last the week, if 4hrs were a £1. Had a message not to worry about it. But to let them know if any issues. The 2nd day went out whole day, when back in the evening the meter deducted 15pence without us even being there - sent message to the owner concerned we will run out of electrics (we didnt dare charge any mobiles or electronics to not run out). We'll, I was met with a response to stop sending harassing messages! Imagine my surprise at that response. Didnt bother engaging the owner any more, went without the whole week and left home earlier than due to check out, left Saturday early morning instead of Sunday- had enough. Very disappointed, destroyed our only week holiday, took lots of money, rude, not concerned for her guests, never to return or be repeated again. Will be speaking to booking.com too. Such a waste of time and money. Totally ruined out holiday.

Caravan had everything you could possibly need. Facilities were fantastic. Pool and play areas were fantastic. Whole site was spotless.
Bar prices were a bit expensive.

the caravan was in a nice quiet spot filled with loads of dvds and board games and outer play toys for the family for a rainy week which happens to us there is a small park not to far that the kids can take them selves to if there at the right age over all the owners of the caravan are lovely and really care about there customers

The key box was located on the side of the caravan.
We didn’t like that you at to pay £30 at the beginning of our stay to get in and out of the site due to a ANPR barrier in place but this was nothing to do with the owner

Everything was perfect about the caravan all that you need and more games for when the weather ain't so good. Dvds books they have though of Everything. Perfect host's also .
The park it was situated on apparently it was closed season. After the six week holidays? So all amenities where shut pool all day and bar at night that was your choice paid a amenities pass but didn't need it ? Disappointed with the site .

Everything we needed and way beyond. Would highly recommend, we received some welcoming gifts inside and everywhere was spotless. I enjoyed being situated away from the front entrance so there wasnt many people passing by etc and was very quiet. Host was very nice and communicative. Thank you

Lovely little caravan with everything you need and more. Very quiet location in the site. Thoughtful welcome for us and the host was very communicative. Very comfy beds too!

Everything, very clean, kids entertainment, movies, games and even chocolates and champagne for us when we got to the caravan. I dealt with Helen who was very approachable online and WhatsApp.
I would highly recommend Bewles caravan to anyone wishing to stay, the hosts made it very comfortable with everything you would need to make your stay easy. All in all I would say its like home from home.
With kids, having no lock on the bathroom door was a problem at first however they learnt to knock before entering lol

The caravan was far away from the reception. With the staff on Marine caravan park they wouldn't allow Taxis on the park. My wife is disabled with walking issues so had to walk at least another 25 minutes to the caravan.
Nothing against the people who own the caravan, they made us welcome with everything included.

It is really lovely place to stay, we found everything what we needed. Caravan was spotless clean,there were a lot of games for kids. Helen was super kind and friendly. Thank you for amazing stay.We recomend this caravan to everyone.

I liked it was cosy, quiet and clean. I would definately go again, the site was clean, and I could take my two little dogs with me.

Absolutely lovely little caravan, well equipped. Helen and Rob right at the end of the phone happy to answer any questions or query’s.
We spent lots of our trip exploring and the caravan was a fantastic little base to go back to at the end of a busy day to wind down xxxx

The caravan was in a great location. The site had anything you needed really and was close to Rhyl centre, the rail station and handily, a large Morrison’s supermarket. Although the caravan did not have it’s own dedicated parking plot, the carpark was just 40 metres way. You will find the owners, Helen and Rob are extremely good with their communication and will always be available by phone should you have any questions/problem.
It’s a caravan, if you want bed and breakfast service, hot spa’s, a maid to make your bed and anything else a hotel provides, then caravans are not for you!

Great location for venturing all down the north coast of Wales, lovely park and Helen was very accommodating the whole time.

Everything... the caravan had everything we needed, Helen the host was amazing, brilliant communication nothing was too much trouble.
The holiday park has everything on offer a family could want and the base is good to visit 'Beautiful North Wales'.

This is a lovely Caravan. The communication with the owners was great and they were very accommodating. It was well equipped and had everything needed for our stay.

Lovely little break away Caravan has everything you need and despite Covid restrictions the site was well run. Owners were attentive without being overbearing and ensured we had everything we needed.
Buying the pass to use the facilities on site for £25 whilst was a reasonable price did seem pointless. At no point did anybody ask to see the pass and we even booked swimming without the pass being shown twice. I wouldn't bother buying one if I returned.

Everything. Beautiful, very clean, had most things if not everything you would need to enjoy your holiday.
From candy floss, doughnuts, stack of dvds to beautiful decorations all through the caravan. I mustn’t forget to mention how warm and lovely I found Helen and Rob. I highly recommend this home away from home. We all enjoyed our stay and we thanked God the lockdown was eased just in time for us and many more people to have a great time and of course following Covid-19 national guidelines.
Can’t really say as we had a great time there.
