Prefect location with stunning views.
You couldn't ask for a better view. It really was a treat to wake up to. The apartment was perfect for us (family of 4) and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfy, and the welcome bottle of wine and other little essentials was a nice touch. Having a parking spot is definitely a bonus, although a little testing to get into with a larger car. The location was perfect, close enough to the main town (20min walk) with its selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants, but far enough away for a quiet night's sleep. The Old Sail Loft Restaurant was our favorite spot for a drink whilst the kids enjoyed crabbing. Plenty of public transport nearby and having the train station was perfect for a trip to St. Ives. Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation, and we will certainly return if we visit Looe again.
Apart from the blind being broken and a loose handle in the twin room (very minor). I can't fault this apartment. Yes, there are some steep steps down to the entrance from the parking area but this is mentioned by the host, there is easier access from the front of the apartment though. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have a black-out blind in the twin room. The lights in the steps at the rear of the property are quite bright and the current blinds don't block it out that much.

Great weeks stay
The location and views accommodation had everything we needed for a lovely week. The two balconies are great.
Just needs a couple of things fixing that were broken, the blinds and door handle in the twin bedroom. Otherwise great 👍

Excellent location superb apartment lovely views comfortable beds two bathrooms balcony to take in the sea view can't fault it had everything you need nice welcome with wine bread butter tea coffee

The best views over Looe beach and sea
Exceptional views from living room and from main bedroom!! The doors opened up completely! we were on a cliff so had view of beach and sea. Two en-suites was great as we had friends joining us. Great kitchen with everything we needed. we could also walk into Looe, but could be challenging for anyone with walking difficulties,
we did not like the tight parking space behind/above the apartment . it took a few 3 point turns to get in and out of the space. only one space so friends parked up the main road where there were some free spaces. They did manage to find a space most evenings. Other than the parking it was great

The owners of the apartment left wine for us to welcome. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. The owners took care of a folder with information about local restaurants and shops and places to visit.

A superb apartment in a fantastic location
Amazing location, the views were beyond expectations. The apartment itself was very well equipped, everything was thought of to be provided. Only a very short wak into Looe so location was perfect. Loads of wardrobe space for hanging clothes and the rooms were very well proportioned. The main bedroom was spacious, and the large double bed was very comfortable Couldn't of been happier with our choice of accommodation
Roosting sea gulls made the outside bedroom balcony totally unusable- the property need to ensure that this issue is addressed after nesting season. Be aware of the very steep steps down from car park. Parking space is very tight so larger vehicles may well struggle, especially if both neighbouring spaces are occupied

Very nice and comfortable with stunning views.
The view and location are beautiful. Had all the facilities we needed.
The balconies were filthy and need some more attention. The television is also very dated and it would have been nice to have been able to watch a good film on a good screen one of the evenings.
