Nice apartment, photos accurate and central location. Washer and dryer are not in the apartment and are also coin operated (located across from elevator same floor as apartment). It is two euros per use however the machines only take one euro coins (this resulted in two different trips to get correct change). Very loud at night - activities in square, club nearby with loud music until 3:30 am. Cool lanterns in alley light up at night but will also keep you awake if drapes are open. Minimal ventilation in one of the two bedrooms- forced to choose between open window/curtains (noise/light) versus shut windows/curtains (too hot). Beds in at least one of the rooms are extremely hard/firm. Lastly we were asked to compute and pay a tourist tax which resulted in another ATM trip - no one else requested this in the Netherlands or in Belgium; this should be the responsibility of the owner (deduct or pay it out of booking fee).

This was more than we'd hoped for. The place is remarkable - exactly as it looks, and the location is incredible, beautiful, and central. We walked everywhere and had a lovely visit! Hosts were very communicative, and check in and out clear and easy. Highly recommend!

Samen met mijn huisgenoten een erg leuk weekend gehad in dit mooie appartement. In de stad was het rustig door de avondklok, dus zijn we lekker binnen gebleven. Inchecken en uitchecken verliep soepel, evenals het contact met de verhuurder. Erg aan te raden!

Heel netjes,compleet. Op loopafstand van winkels en horeca. Door Corona was er veel dicht. Maar dat heeft de pret niet gedrukt.

heerlijk om zo vanuit je appartement het centrum in te lopen, alles op loopafstand. Genoeg restaurantjes en leuke winkeltjes. Museum op 100 meter en diverse stadswandelingen. Appartement is ruim opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien.

We stayed in a clean, cosy, very spacious location in the center of Leeuwarden. Perfect for our 3 days stay. Easy comms with owner and very complete house/kitchen. Nice windows to a town square and very near lots of shops, museum and restaurants. I would absolute recommend the place. Only criticism is the 5th bed: not very comfortable unless you are under 6 or so. Couch fixed the issue :)
