Good location, easy to find. Had secure designated underground parking space as a bonus The flat was very clean, with everything we needed, and spacious The beds were comfortable and we had a good night of sleep The neighbour was quiet and we didn't have any issues City centre was close and easy to reach on foot Instructions provided in the flat were multi-lingual, and very useful

Hallway light was operated by a sensor, sometimes it worked other times it didn't work

Excellent location to explore Ostende and travel into Brugge. Comfy beds. Lovely powerful shower. Very helpful host. Secure parking. Nice outdoor space.

Quite light at night from the street lighting if sleeping in the living room.

Spacious and clean

The fire alarm that kept beeping at night. But we learnt later it was due to low battery

Great location a few mins walk from marina and about 10 mins to station and trams. Excellent cleanliness and great decor... clean and impressive. Brilliant wardrobe space. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and great size dining area leading to outside space. Real bonus having car parking space in basement.

Great apartment with everything you can ask for. Not far from the beach and next to a great park. Everything but the bike rental was absolutly perfect.

The bike rental didnt exist. First it said it would be in the basement. After we didnt see anything we asked and got the answer that it was suddenly in the park but closed cause of COVID. If COVID really is responsible that is fine, but then put it out of the description and do not say it in another Mail after booking.
