My husband and 2 adult sons and I had a wonderful Christmas vacation in Dawn's lovely home. The heated pool and hot tub were fabulous. The huge TV and comfy furniture made evenings very relaxing. This was our first trip to Phoenix so we enjoyed the scenery and the many great restaurants. We loved Eddie V's in Scottsdale and the Botanical Gardens. It's very quick to get to Highway 10 if you want to visit Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa etc. There is a big Safeway close as well as Whole Foods in Phoenix. We used the gym daily. The setting was gorgeous. Dawn had the house decorated for Christmas which was so thoughtful. The kitchen was well set up for cooking. She had plenty of towels which we really appreciated. Everything is on one level which was great.

The home is beautiful with quality furniture throughout. It’s well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was awesome, it was easy to walk the length of the pool and it’s in sun most of the day. Owners were very quick to respond to any needs or questions. Great location, great home!!

This property was amazing and the host was so accommodating throughout our entire trip. We had such a wonderful trip and the property was perfect for our group. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future!

We would definitely stay again the next time we are in the area. I have never had another VRBO owner respond as quickly or efficiently to questions - Dawn was awesome! This property was wonderful to stay at. Can I say wow the house is big and the pictures are very accurate. The house has everything you need from bathroom supplies, to laundry soap, and everything to cook with. There is also games and movies for the kids. Outside there is a patio set, grill, and a huge pool. It was so nice to sit around it and relax in the afternoons. The neighborhood is very quiet. We took a walk every morning we were there and everyone we was friendly. There is walking/biking trails right outside the gated subdivision. The owners Dawn & Justin are the best with communication. If you have a question they are very quick to respond. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Arizona.

Loved the property, kids really enjoyed the pool for a few days in February. Very quiet neighborhood.

This home was perfect for our golf vacation. Very nice back patio with pool, Traeger BBQ, putting green, and plenty of patio furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Master suite was great and the other 2 bedrooms had there own bathroom. Neighborhood was gated and very quiet.

This house is beautiful and wonderfully laid out. The kitchen is amazing with great appliances and plenty of eating space. The outdoor area is perfect with a gorgeous pool, grill and putting green. The bedrooms were comfortable and we especially appreciated the cozy throws throughout the house. The owners were quick to respond to questions and very willing to help. We can’t wait to stay again!

This is a really gorgeous house both inside and out. We were not able to spend as much time out on the patio as we wanted because of a number of really chilly days, but even so we really liked everything. And Dawn, our host, was a great communicator who helped us solve every little problem.

We had a great stay and Dawn was quick to answer any questions we had. She also was wonderful with recommendations of things to do in the area. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and the pool is fantastic. Nice quiet, friendly neighborhood. Dawn is a great hostess and was easy to contact. We definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay again.

Property was a beautiful home exactly as advertised. The home was well stocked from pool toys, Wii console/games and supplies in the kitchen! The property owners were easy to get a hold of and we would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Dawn and Justin's was a great experience. It was the perfect place to come back to after long days of exploring and sightseeing. Everyone enjoyed getting to hop on the pool whenever they wanted. This property will definitely be our first choice for our next visit!

Entire stay was great. Owners have the entire house well stocked with kitchen appliances, TP and PT's. Was very impressed.
