Great spot for a family with kids. Great layout, homey feel, attention to detail, well appointed. The master suite - with a den and sofa bed/crib area -was nicely private and on the opposite side of the other two rooms. It was great spot for one large or two small families. Pool area was a great place to lounge. Steps from the beach. Close to everything you need.

We had a great time at Casa Flamingo. The layout is perfect and the house was comfortable with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool/patio area and spent a lot of time there. We could walk to the beach in a few minutes and restaurants/stores were in walking distance. Good communication from Anna and Edmund. I would stay here again if we returned to Cocoa Beach.

I couldn't ask for a better location at Cocoa Beach. Just a short and easy walk through a residential neighborhood to the beach. The Pier was a short walk north and other shops/attractions a short walk south. No need to rent anything... Every beach item you can think of was provided (toys, chairs, wagon, cooler, body board, umbrella, etc). The pool and hot tub felt amazing when the weather was a bit cool.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was very clean with all the comforts of home. Enjoyed the hot tub and using the bikes to visit lots of nearby places. It was a very short walk to the beach. Both the owner and property manager were great to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for two nights ahead of a cruise and the house was great. Close to the beach with more beach toys than we could imagine using. Would stay there again.

The listing is just as described, the hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had. All the beach toys and towels are perfect for families traveling from out state. The pool and hot-tub is perfect for a day of just hanging out at the house! We all had our space and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cocoa Beach!

I cannot say enough nice things about this property or Anna and Edmund. The property is so clean, comfortable and well stocked. My teen boys absolutely loved using the bikes provided to explore the island and the surfboards to hone their surfing skills. We were down for a soccer tournament so the hot tub and pool were such a bonus for those sore muscles. Anna and Edmund were wonderful. They answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. Anna even checked the distance from the house to the soccer park to make sure our commute would be quick and easy. They also checked on us during our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. They felt more like family than landlords. After we left my teenagers actually thanked me finding such a great place to stay!;) I feel so lucky to have found this place and look forward to staying here again very soon!!

We had two families of 4, worked out great! One block to the beach, sand toys, pool toys, s supplied kitchen to make life like home. It worked exactly as hoped for

This home was perfect for us! Grandma got her own room in the owners suite, my husband and I shared a room, and my 4 kiddos (ages 3-10) loved the bunk beds. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and they had plenty of beach/pool toys to keep everyone entertained! We will definitely come back 😊

We stayed at Casa Flamingo for 3 days prior to going on a cruise this month. We were there with our adult son and another couple. The house is a prefect set up for 2 families to stay together or a large mixed generation family with beds for up to 8 people. The amenities were very good. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of pool, beach, and outdoor equipment available to use. We were only 1.5 blocks to the beach and only 15minutes to Port Canaveral and 20-25 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center. The Publix grocery store is just around the corner. Anna, the property manager, was very quick and responsive to the few small issues we had during our stay. I would recommend this property and would gladly stay there again if we are in the area.

Our family felt very welcome and comfortable in the home. Furnishings were good and comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Loved how close to the beach and the easy access to the beach the home is. The beach towels, umbrellas, toys, coolers and wagon were a real plus. It was also wonderful to just sit out by the pool and relax. Our family had a great stay and would recommend this home for a Coco Beach Getaway!

We came as a family to visit the Kennedy Space Center, and I can't speak highly enough about this home. The pool was absolutely perfect as well as location. We spent a day at the beach and had numerous toys, and items that were already there for us to use. The home is easy walking distance to the beach and not too far from NASA. I would come back to Cocoa Beach just to stay here again. There is a full kitchen and home is defintely perfect for a family stay!! Overall I am super impressed with the home and the communication we have received since day 1. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Nice size house, good setup for multiple families. Well equipped, good size pool and walking distance to the beach.

Everything went seamless and easy. The property was clean and current. The location was perfect, plenty of things to walk or bike to. Also an easy walk to the beach.
