Spotlessly clean and in a good location. Great to have a couple of arm chairs to sit in.

I liked now the set up was with the key in box waiting for us and we could just walk in even tho we didn't see the owners there phone manner was lovely the place was clean and tidy so awesome especially when you are driving for a while from Nelson also was so handy to the diner across the road which we had a awesome breakfast thankyou so much for our stay

Bed was old and sagged in the middle. Nothing in the information included its location 15 meters from the main highway so between the bed & heavy goods trucks, motorcycles, etc., we got very little sleep. The shower was fixed and in a wet room, so literally everything in the room including the toilet got wet due to a totally inadequate shower curtain. When we arrived there was a "silk" bouquet of roses on the bed that was covered in hair & dust. No instructions for the nice new induction hotplate and no tongs. Advertised as one minute walk to the beach but it was a dangerous beach and not safe for swimming.

Spacious studio unit with a comfortable bed. Great eating out at the Diner and Pub across the road.

A bit noisy with many trucks passing. Much quieter through the night. Not a fan of a wet shower with a shower curtain.
