The location is very accessible and the comfort of the stay is worth it.

Location was excellent. Walking distance across to SM Mall. The view in the night was marvellous. I can cook my favourite food.

The pillow cases wasn’t changed smells stinky armpit and I can still smell perfume on the pillows instead of fresh wash pillow cases and beddings. There was a stain in the beddings and I can see strands of hair, it looks like not been changed. I complained it to the reception, they changed the pillow cases only. Our condotel was on the 15th floor I can hear the buzzling of the traffic on the street. The room was small for 4 people. The rice cooker was not working but they changed it to a new one. Utensils and plates were good only for 3 people and we were 4. The glass available were only 2.

Staff doesn't care of the needs of the customers like some trolleys for the luggages

The place was neat and clean with the perfect city lights view at night.

The only unpleasant experience was when the 2 elevators got broken and only 1 function. The queue was very looooonnnnggggg. During our check-out we could not leave our baggage for a short time so we could have had eaten breakfast because they do not have space where you can leave you luggages.

The comfort and accessibility during our stay in Cebu City was very worth it.

Location , very clean . Easy to communicate with owner and very responsive to questions about the property . The room was very comfortable with lots of shelf space . Most importantly , No bugs !! Comfortable bedding .

the bathroom has a bad odor as we entered the room but the odor disappeared after we sprayed a deodorizer , probably the odor came from the room being unoccupied for a while . Not a deal breaker . The rest of the room itself smelled good .
